Dates & Enrollment

Two ways to start. Pick what fits where you are.

Not sure if a 10-week commitment is right for you yet? Start with a single $30 intro workshop. It's a low-commitment evening to sample the Rebuilding approach before you enroll in the full program. Already know you're ready? Go straight to the 10-week seminar.

Step 1 · Optional

$30 Intro Workshop

A 90-minute evening to sample it. No big commitment.

A single 90-minute evening with one of our facilitators. They'll walk you through the Rebuilding approach to relationship recovery and send you home with tools you can start using right away. Think of it as a peek into what the 10-week seminar offers, so you can decide if the full program is right for you.

A workshop is a sampler, not the program. The 10-week seminar is the full experience.

"Divorce is one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. But it doesn't have to define the rest of your life."

The Rebuilding Seminars program is based on Dr. Bruce Fisher's landmark research on divorce recovery. Over 10 weekly sessions, you'll work through the stages of grief, reconnect with who you are beyond the relationship, and build a foundation for a genuinely fulfilling next chapter.

This isn't therapy. It's a structured, research-backed seminar with a group of people who understand exactly what you're going through, facilitated by a licensed professional counselor who has guided hundreds of people through this same journey.

You may be experiencing...

A grief that doesn't follow any predictable timeline, showing up at random moments and catching you off guard.

A loss of identity. You built a life around "us" and now you're not sure who "I" even is anymore.

Fear about the future: finances, dating again, co-parenting, being alone in a way you never expected.

Shame or guilt that keeps replaying, even when the relationship clearly wasn't working.

Loneliness, even when surrounded by friends and family who love you but don't quite understand.

A sense that you should be "over it by now" but the pain keeps resurfacing in unexpected ways.

All of this is normal. The Rebuilding program was designed specifically for these experiences, and you won't be alone in them. Every person in the room is navigating something similar.

What You'll Walk Away With

Real, lasting change. Not just coping.

  • A clear understanding of the emotional stages of divorce, so you can stop wondering what's wrong with you
  • A rebuilt sense of identity and self-worth that doesn't depend on a relationship
  • Practical tools for managing grief, anger, and fear when they surface
  • Healthier relationship patterns so the next chapter looks different
  • A genuine community of people who get it, including some who are further along the path
  • Renewed confidence to make decisions about your career, family, and future
  • A sense of hope, grounded in evidence and real human connection, not just positivity
  • The skills to build a life that feels genuinely yours, maybe for the first time

"

I walked in feeling completely lost, like I didn't know who I was without my marriage. Ten weeks later I felt, for the first time in years, like myself again. Not the person I was before the marriage. Someone better. Someone I actually liked. This program gave me back my life.

The 10-Week Journey

What happens in the room each week

Each session runs approximately 2 hours. You'll move through a structured curriculum with guided discussion, small-group sharing, and reflection exercises. Nothing is required that you're not ready for.

Week 1 - 2

Denial and Grief

Name what you're carrying. Understand why the pain feels this way, and that it won't last forever.

Week 3 - 4

Fear and Adaptation

Identify the fears driving your decisions and begin developing a new relationship with uncertainty.

Week 5 - 6

Anger and Letting Go

Work through resentment in a way that frees you, rather than keeping you tethered to the past.

Week 7 - 8

Self-Worth and Identity

Rebuild a sense of who you are that is yours, not defined by a relationship or its ending.

Week 9 - 10

Openness and New Beginnings

Step into the next chapter with clarity, confidence, and the skills to build something real.

Sessions take place weekly at a consistent time and location. Attendance at all 10 sessions is strongly encouraged for full benefit. Small group size (typically 8 to 14 participants) ensures everyone is seen and heard.

Investment

One decision. Ten weeks. A different life.

Full 10-Week Program Investment

$1,099

early-bird for the complete 10-week seminar, then $1,200

$1,099 early-bird through July 24, 2026 · pay in full or in 3 equal interest-free payments (3 × $366.33 early-bird, 3 × $400 regular)

Want to try it first? The $30 intro workshop is a separate, low-commitment 90-minute sampler, not the full program. See workshop dates above.

What's included:

  • All 10 weekly 2-hour group sessions
  • Rebuilding Workbook (Dr. Bruce Fisher's curriculum)
  • Facilitation by Bob Manthy, LPC (30+ years experience)
  • Small-group setting (8 to 14 participants maximum)
  • Access to the graduate community and alumni network
  • Optional 15-minute pre-enrollment call with Bob
For context: individual therapy in Boulder typically costs $150 to $250 per session. Ten sessions of individual therapy would run $1,500 to $2,500 without the benefit of peer community, structured curriculum, or a group that truly understands.
Bob believes in this program. If you attend the first two sessions and feel it isn't the right fit, reach out and we'll work something out. Your wellbeing matters more than the enrollment fee.
