Bob, the fall early-bird email is ready to read at annettethompson.com/rebuilding/early-bird-email/ (your voice, $1,099 through July 24). Good to send?

  1. 1 (a) Approved: send it as written
  2. 2 (b) Approved with these tweaks: ___________
  3. 3 (c) Hold: let's talk first
Full detail

Read and approve the fall early-bird email at https://annettethompson.com/rebuilding/early-bird-email/. It's written in your voice: the $1,099 early-bird price through July 24, 2026 (then $1,200), the Sunday Sept 20 start, a no-pressure tone, a one-line text version, and a graduate social-proof block. One yes from you and it's ready to go out to your list while the July 24 deadline still has weeks of runway.

The single most direct September-cohort lever we have: a warm list, a real deadline (July 24), and a finished email that only needs your yes.

Bob, the Google review request (the gentle second nudge for recent graduates) is ready at annettethompson.com/rebuilding/google-review-request/. Good to use?

  1. 1 (a) Approved: start using it with recent graduates
  2. 2 (b) Approved with these tweaks: ___________
  3. 3 (c) Hold: let's talk first

Read and approve the Google review request at https://annettethompson.com/rebuilding/google-review-request/. It's the gentle second nudge for recent graduates, in your voice: a text version, an email version, and the how-to for your one-tap review link. Fresh reviews land right when September prospects are reading them.

Reviews are the first thing a 'divorce support group near me' searcher checks. A steady trickle of fresh five-star reviews between now and September is conversion fuel for the listing.

Bob, your Google Business Profile primary is already 'Divorce service' (verified live: 5.0 stars, 295 reviews). The plan is to KEEP that primary and only ADD secondary categories, one at a time, 7 to 10 days apart. Do I have your go-ahead?

  1. 1 (a) Yes, go ahead: keep 'Divorce service' as primary and add the secondaries in order (Support group, then Counselor, then Life coach, then optionally Mental health service last)
  2. 2 (b) Yes to keeping the primary, but start with just 'Support group' and check back with me before each next one
  3. 3 (c) Keep the primary, but hold on adding any secondaries for now
  4. 4 (d) Hold: I'd like to talk it through before anything changes on my listing
Full detail

GBP secondary-category approval (REVISED 2026-06-07, verified live). We confirmed on Google that your Google Business Profile primary category is already 'Divorce service' (your public listing shows 'Divorce service in Niwot, Colorado', 5.0 stars, 295 reviews). RECOMMENDATION: KEEP 'Divorce service' as your primary, do NOT change it (it's the most accurate, highest-intent label and it's already ranking; swapping a primary can wipe local rankings for weeks). The only change is to ADD secondary categories, ONE AT A TIME, 7-10 days apart (multiple category edits in one sitting is a top Google suspension trigger and would risk your Niwot Hall address). REVISED ORDER (most-valuable first): (1) Support group, exact match for 'divorce support group near me', lowest competition, biggest immediate lift, zero licensure risk; (2) Counselor, a broad safe umbrella term appropriate for a Licensed Professional Counselor, backstops 'counselor near me'; (3) Life coach, captures 'divorce coach' / 'breakup recovery coach', no license needed; (4) OPTIONAL and LAST: Mental health service, now defensible because you're a licensed LPC and it unlocks therapy/counseling searches, but it draws the most scrutiny, so add it last and watch for any ranking dip. Note: your public listing only shows the primary, secondary categories are visible only inside your GBP dashboard, so whoever has dashboard access should first CHECK which secondaries are already set and add only the missing ones. DEPRIORITIZED: 'Marriage or relationship counselor' (it leans toward saving marriages, which mismatches a divorce-recovery program), optional later test only. AVOID: 'Mental health clinic / Psychotherapist / Psychologist' (would misrepresent practice scope). Approve / push back / questions?

Verified live on Google 2026-06-07: primary is already 'Divorce service' (5.0 / 295). KEEP it. Charlie + Annette can add secondaries one-at-a-time once you approve, after checking the dashboard for which are already set. Niwot Hall address stays untouched.

Bob, every article at /rebuilding/articles/ is live as an unproofed draft. Have you had a chance to read through them and flag anything that's wrong or doesn't sound like you?

  1. 1 (a) Yes, I've read them all and they're good to publish
  2. 2 (b) I've read them and flagged some edits (I'll note them or use the Edit button on each page)
  3. 3 (c) Still reading: I need more time before these go live
Full detail

Proofread all the articles on the mockup site. Every article on https://annettethompson.com/rebuilding/articles/ is published as an unproofed draft and is publicly linkable right now. Please read through all of them and flag anything that's wrong, off, or doesn't sound like you (typos, facts, tone, phrasing) so we can fix it before these go live on rebuildingseminars.com. We removed the per-article 'Draft' badges, so this is the single reminder that the whole set still needs your proofread. You can read them straight on the site, and each article page has an 'โœ๏ธ Edit this article' button if you'd rather fix something inline (Annette reviews edits before publish).

All articles at /rebuilding/articles/ are publicly linkable but unproofed; the per-card Draft badges were removed, so this todo carries the proofreading reminder. Distinct from bob-012 (add your stories) and bob-013 (check your bio in Article 12).

Bob, on the graduate survey: keep the events questions (Q7 through Q9f) out, or put some back? (Annette's June 10 email has the why.)

  1. 1 (a) Put the whole events block back in
  2. 2 (b) Put back a trimmed version: have Charlie pick the 3-4 highest-value questions
  3. 3 (c) Keep them out: send the survey as I edited it
  4. 4 (d) Let's talk it through first
Full detail

Decide on the graduate survey's events questions. In the survey doc ('Copy of Rebuilding-Graduate-Survey-FOR-REVIEW' in Google Drive), you crossed out the whole quarterly-events block (questions 7 through 9f: past attendance, barriers, which events appeal, the two pricing questions, day and time, travel distance, and the fence-sitter levers) plus the duplicate Facebook question. Annette's June 10 email explains why that block exists: it's the event-planning and pricing research that makes graduate events well-attended and self-sustaining instead of guesswork. Your call either way; once you decide, Charlie builds the final survey as a Google Form for graduates (the Google Forms setup you asked about on June 9).

Your 3,000+ graduates are the referral engine, and graduate events are where referrals happen. The crossed-out block is what tells us which events they'd actually attend and pay for. Once decided, the Google Form goes out fast.

Skip any marker that doesn't have a story for you (better empty than forced). NEW: every article page now has a 'โœ๏ธ Edit this article' button at the top: you can edit directly on the page and click Save. Your edits go straight into the system (Annette reviews before publish to GoHighLevel). State: Annette is doing voice-review tonight 2026-05-08; you can read ahead now. Bob, should I help set up a SECOND, separate Google listing for Kathy's Cherry Creek (Denver-area) cohorts? It's a brand-new service-area listing with the address hidden, and it won't touch your Niwot listing or its 295 reviews.

  1. 1 (a) Yes, let's set it up: I'll get a real Cherry Creek address and Kathy's Google account so we can verify it
  2. 2 (b) Not yet: let's hold on a second listing for now
  3. 3 (c) Let's talk it through first: I have questions about how it affects Niwot
Full detail

Create a second GBP listing for Kathy's Cherry Creek cohorts (service-area business, address hidden). RECOMMENDATION: set up a SECOND, separate Google Business Profile for the Cherry Creek (Denver-area) cohorts run by Kathy Decker, MA, LPC. This is a NEW listing, it does NOT touch your Niwot listing (Niwot keeps all 295 reviews and its 'Divorce service' primary). Set it up as a SERVICE-AREA BUSINESS with the street address HIDDEN: define a service AREA covering Cherry Creek / Denver instead of publishing a fixed address, because the class venue rotates between cohorts but stays in the Cherry Creek area (a fixed storefront address would be inaccurate, and inaccurate info is a suspension risk). This is legitimate (not a banned duplicate) because it's a genuinely distinct location with a distinct practitioner (Kathy, not Bob): use a DIFFERENT service area from Niwot (do not overlap them), and ideally a DISTINCT local phone number for call-tracking; sharing the same brand website is fine and good. NAMING: use the real brand name 'Rebuilding Seminars' (multi-location listings are allowed to share the same name and are differentiated by service area). Do NOT keyword-stuff the name (e.g. NOT 'Rebuilding Seminars Cherry Creek Divorce Support'); Google penalizes keyword-stuffed names. CATEGORIES: mirror the corrected Niwot stack: primary 'Divorce service'; secondaries Support group, Counselor, Life coach, and optional/last Mental health service (add secondaries one at a time, same 7-10-day cadence). VERIFICATION: Google still requires verification, which needs a REAL address in the service area even though it stays hidden from the public (no PO box or virtual office) plus possibly phone/video, so Kathy needs a real Cherry Creek/Denver address to verify. REVIEWS: the new listing starts at zero (reviews don't transfer, and you shouldn't try to move them); plan to direct Cherry Creek graduates to review the Cherry Creek listing specifically (Kathy gets that listing's own review link). WHO DOES WHAT: Charlie can draft the listing copy, categories, service-area definition, and the review-request link, but creating and verifying the listing needs your + Kathy's Google account and a verification step, so that part is yours and Kathy's. Approve / push back / questions?

Distinct Denver-area location with a distinct practitioner (Kathy Decker, MA, LPC). Verified against current 2026 GBP policy: multi-location is allowed when listings are genuinely distinct (different service area, ideally different phone), service-area businesses can hide the address (real verification address kept on the back end, no PO box), and keyword-stuffed names + overlapping service areas are 2026 suspension triggers. Niwot listing stays untouched.

Bob, on the Wikipedia strategy, which of these fits?

  1. 1 (a) I'll be the named editor with a conflict-of-interest disclosure: schedule 30 minutes for Charlie to brief me
  2. 2 (b) Let's use a neutral third-party editor: Annette can find one
  3. 3 (c) Let's skip Wikipedia entirely and drop it from the plan
  4. 4 (d) Send me a one-pager on the conflict-of-interest disclosure before I decide
Full detail

DISCUSSION (you said 'let's talk more about becoming a Wikipedia editor'): schedule a 30-min call with Annette to walk through (a) the Wikipedia Conflict-of-Interest disclosure approach, (b) the two prior decline reasons and how to avoid a third, (c) whether you're willing to be the named editor or if a third party makes sense. (COI = Conflict of Interest: Wikipedia requires editors to publicly state any financial or personal stake in the topic before submitting edits. A third decline raises the bar significantly.) When are you next free for 30 minutes?

Two prior Wikipedia attempts on this topic were declined; a third decline raises the bar significantly.

Bob, two quick details from your USPTO trademark certificate (Reg # 5534986). Which can you confirm?

  2. 2 (b) Owner of record: it's owned by ___________ (me personally / an LLC / another entity)
  3. 3 (c) Easiest path: I'll just send Annette the certificate PDF from the TSDR Documents tab and she'll pull both
Full detail

Two more details from your USPTO trademark certificate (Reg # 5534986): should be visible on the same TSDR page or in the Documents tab: (1) the International Class number(s) for the mark: likely IC 41 (educational services) but please confirm. This defines exactly what activities the mark protects. (2) Owner of record: is the mark owned by you personally, by an LLC, or another entity? This affects who has legal standing to enforce. Easiest way: send Annette the registration certificate PDF (downloadable from the Documents tab on tsdr.uspto.gov), and I'll extract both details from it.

Bob, two archival questions about the letter corpus:

  1. 1 (a) Letters from Bob, Jan 2021 to Jul 2024: did you write them, and where might they live (Gmail, Drive, Evernote, a filing cabinet)?
  2. 2 (b) Inbound participant letters or written evaluations: do you have any of these?
  3. 3 (c) Neither exists (that was a writing pause / no archive): just say so and we'll close this
Full detail

Letters from Bob, Jan 2021 to July 2024: gap to fill. The letter corpus we synthesized for SEO recommendations (Letters from Bob 01_2020-06_2024 + Letters from Bob 07_2024-11_2025) has a multi-year gap in the middle. Those letters from Jan 2021 through July 2024 either weren't written (you paused) or are archived elsewhere: filing cabinet, old Gmail folder, Google Drive, Evernote, archived docs. Even a small batch from that window would help. If you find any, drop them into C:/Users/annet/ClaudeProjects/Rebuilding/letters/ and Charlie will re-run the synthesis. Companion ask: INBOUND letters too: testimonials and evaluations participants wrote BACK to you. The GBP/Maps reviews scrape covers part of that; private letters/evaluations would extend it.

Filling the gap would significantly sharpen the letter synthesis: three more years of language patterns, themes, and brand-distinctive vocabulary. Multiplies the value of the SEO recommendations Charlie just shipped.
