Practical steps toward a new future
Coaching is forward-moving, one-on-one work: you and Bob, mapping the next chapter and the practical steps to get there. Where counseling tends to the deeper healing and the seminar gives you community, coaching is about momentum, the goals in front of you and how you'll reach them.
Three kinds of support, one community
People often ask how coaching is different from the seminar or from private counseling. Here's the honest, plain-English version. Most Rebuilders use more than one over time.
The Seminar
The 10-week group program. Community, the Fisher model, and a room of people working through the same stuck places together.
Private Counseling
Deeper one-on-one therapeutic work on the places that keep surfacing: shame, anger, the story an ex left you with.
Coaching
Forward-looking one-on-one goal work. Where you want to go next, and the concrete, doable steps to get there.
Pick the way in that feels right today
There's no pressure and no wrong choice. Everyone joins at the right time for them. Here are three graduated ways to start, from the lowest commitment on up.
- 1
Start with a conversation
A free 15-minute call, if you just need to be heard and to ask a few questions. No cost, no commitment.

Test the waters
The 90-minute intro Rebuilding Session, a low-risk $30 evening that lets you feel the work in a group before you commit to anything.

Tell us a little, and Bob will follow up
This isn't a commitment, just a way to start a conversation. Share a few details and Bob will reach out personally to talk about whether coaching is a good fit and what it would look like for you.
