Month 2 Instagram Content

The second month, built to turn on the local referral flywheel, bring Bob's own story to the front, and launch the 19 Building Blocks weekly series. All-new captions, 9 Reel scripts, fresh carousels, library-verified quotes, fresh real reviews, the growth-play outreach kit, and the full 30-day calendar.

Prepared: 2026-06-06 For review by: Annette and Bob (Bob Manthy, LPC), before anything is posted. Account: https://www.instagram.com/rebuilding_seminars/ Status: REVIEW DRAFT. Nothing here has been posted. Approve the month, then schedule.

This is the second month, and it is built to do three things Month 1 deliberately did not: turn on the local referral flywheel (the highest-ROI growth move for a small local account), bring Bob's own story to the front, and start a recognizable weekly series (the 19 Building Blocks) that gives people a reason to follow and come back. Everything here is fresh: no quote, review, Reel, or carousel repeats Month 1.

Source plan: research-notes/rebuilding-instagram-growth-plan.md. Builds on research-notes/rebuilding-instagram-month1-content.md. Assets used: the 24 articles in content/hub-1-divorce/ (this month leans on the ones Month 1 did not touch), the 1,381-quote library in AnnetteThompson/public/data/rebuilding-quotes.json (every quote below re-verified present), and the 293-review corpus in research/inbound-testimonials/.

Hard rules honored throughout: no em-dashes (commas, periods, colons, parentheses only). Real quotes and reviews only, each verified verbatim. All imagery reads as roughly 50 / midlife.

0. What changes in Month 2 (read this first)

Month 1 was about proving the content engine: Reels for reach, carousels for saves, quotes for shares, real proof, an easy first step. Assume that is now running. Month 2 escalates on five fronts.

  1. Turn on the local referral flywheel. This was held from Month 1 on purpose. It is the single highest-ROI move for a small local account. A handful of Boulder/Denver referral partners (mediators, family-law attorneys, divorce-financial planners, solo therapists who do not run groups) is worth more than thousands of random followers, because they meet the exact right person every week and have nowhere to send them. Section 9 is a ready-to-send outreach kit (DM and email templates plus a collab-post plan).
  1. Bring Bob to the front. The strongest Pillar 4 piece is Bob's own origin story ("I went through my own divorce about twenty years ago, and the cohort changed my life"). It is the Day 2 Reel. It is gated on Bob clearing his bio (the source article is on HOLD), so a fallback is provided.
  1. Launch the 19 Building Blocks as a weekly series. A named, numbered series is the best follow-magnet there is: people subscribe to a sequence. Day 3 posts the overview carousel; Section 6 gives ready single posts for the first blocks to drip weekly.
  1. Activate alumni amplification. 3,000+ graduates are a built-in megaphone. Month 2 starts inviting willing grads to share a Story or be featured. A grad's "this changed my life" to their own friends is the most credible reach there is, and it is free. Sections 7 and 9b cover it.
  1. Double down on what actually worked. Before scheduling, open Instagram Insights and look at Month 1: which posts earned the most saves and shares (not likes). Make more of those formats and themes. If a particular Reel or carousel overperformed, the bonus bench in Section 10 lets you reorder.

Hashtag rotation (fresh blocks so you are not repeating Month 1)

Keep the Month 1 sets A to E and the rotation rule (one topical set + 3 to 5 local, 8 to 12 total, never the same block twice in a row). For Month 2, rotate in these fresh tags so the blocks read differently to the algorithm:

Same discipline as Month 1: write the literal search phrase into the caption ("divorce support group Boulder," "dating after divorce," "co-parenting after divorce," "midlife divorce Denver"). Captions are indexed and searched in 2026; that matters more than the tags.

2. Month-2 calendar (30 days, per diem)

Weekly skeleton (same rhythm as Month 1, so it stays batchable): Mon quote, Tue Reel, Wed carousel, Thu Story-only, Fri Reel, Sat social proof, Sun quote or light Story.

Month-2 totals: 9 Reels, 4 carousels, 9 quote posts, 4 social-proof posts, 4 Story-only days, plus the 19-Blocks weekly mini-series running alongside. Format key: Reel, Carousel, Single (quote/graphic), Story. Every caption closes on the free self-test or the free 15-min call.

WEEK 1 (theme: meet Bob, and here is the map)

Day 1, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Midlife is not the time to disenchant ourselves." CAPTION:

"Midlife is not the time to disenchant ourselves. It's a time to turn on all our magic in full force." Marianne Williamson

Divorce in midlife can feel like the end of your story. It is closer to the truth to call it an intermission. The second half can be the better half, and it is yours to write.

When you are ready for company while you write it, we are in Boulder and Denver, in person, since 1993. Free self-test in bio to see where you are starting from.

HASHTAG SET: B (midlife) + E (local). VISUAL: warm terracotta-on-cream quote card, Montserrat headline, small sage leaf motif. Optional soft foothills band at the bottom.

Day 2, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 4 (Bob), Reel Script #1 (Bob's origin story) HOOK (on-screen text + Bob's first line): "Twenty years ago, I went through my own divorce. I was the one who needed this." CAPTION:

People assume I started Rebuilding because I am a counselor. The truth is the other way around. About twenty years ago my own marriage ended, and I came out of it dazed and only half put back together.

Someone handed me Bruce Fisher's book and pointed me to a workshop. The cohort changed my life. The leader told me one thing: just show up. So I did, and slowly I rebuilt.

That is why I run this, and why it is not about the money. I have been in your seat. Free 15-min call with me in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, warm room, soft light. Caption burned in. See script below.

GATE: this Reel is built from why-bob-runs-rebuilding.md, which is on HOLD pending Bob's bio review. Do NOT post until Bob approves his bio. If he has not cleared it by Day 2, run the Day 30 "live cohort vs self-paced" Reel here instead and slot Bob's origin Reel in the moment he approves (it should be pinned when it lands).

Day 3, Wednesday, Carousel (9 slides), Pillar 2 (Education), Carousel #1 (launches the 19-Blocks series) HOOK (slide 1): "There is a map for healing after divorce. It has 19 steps. Here is the whole mountain." CAPTION:

Healing after divorce is not just "time." There is an actual sequence, built by psychologist Bruce Fisher: 19 building blocks you climb from denial all the way to freedom.

Swipe through the whole climb. Save it. Over the next few weeks we will take one block at a time.

You do not climb it alone. That is the entire point of a cohort. We walk all 19 together in 10 weeks, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio to find your starting step.

HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: 9 cream slides, terracotta headers, the blocks grouped into stages. See slide text below. This is the anchor for the weekly mini-series (Section 6).

Day 4, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 3 + funnel FRAMES:

VISUAL: brand-colored Story backgrounds, real review as a clean card, Bob's photo on the question frame.

Day 5, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #2 (releasing shame) HOOK (on-screen text): "The cure for divorce shame is simpler than you think, and harder than it sounds. Say it out loud." CAPTION:

Shame after divorce gets all of its power from one thing: staying unspoken. The moment you say the shameful thing out loud, in a room that will not shame you back, it starts to shrink.

Three things happen when you speak it. It stops sounding like the truth and starts sounding like a feeling. You find out it is not just you. And you give the next person permission to say theirs.

That room is what we hold, every week, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Start gently: free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, or calm B-roll with text on screen. See script below. Pairs with the Day 15 Brene Brown shame quote.

Day 6, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #1 HOOK (on image): "I will be part of the RB family for the rest of my life." CAPTION:

This is the part a brochure can never sell. Here is Olga:

"Amazing program and community. I highly recommend the 10 week seminar, life changing journey. Bob Manthy and volunteers create welcoming, safe, encouraging, and fun environment. I made wonderful friends, became a better and more confident person and learned more than expected. I will be part of the RB family for the rest of my life." Olga

You do not just finish a class. You join a family. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver, since 1993.

HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card, terracotta quote marks, pull "part of the RB family for the rest of my life" large.

Day 7, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Let the soft animal of your body love what it loves." CAPTION:

"You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves." Mary Oliver

After a divorce, so much becomes about what you should do, should feel, should have done differently. Mary Oliver offers the opposite. You are allowed to want what you want. You are allowed to be gentle with yourself.

Healing has room for softness. We make a place for it, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: spacious cream quote card, lots of negative space, a single sage element. Very shareable.

WEEK 2 (theme: dating, identity, and "am I ready?")

Day 8, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "You are the sky. Everything else is just the weather." CAPTION:

"You are the sky. Everything else is just the weather." Pema Chödrön

The divorce, the grief, the 2am spirals: real, but weather. They move through. Underneath all of it, the sky, who you actually are, is still there and still whole.

Reconnecting with that is the heart of the work. We do it together, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: airy cream-and-blue-sky-tone card (still light and bright, no dark backgrounds), big type.

Day 9, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 2 (Education), Reel Script #3 (dating after divorce) HOOK (on-screen text): "Before you date again, ask the one question that predicts whether you heal or repeat." CAPTION:

Everyone asks "am I ready to date?" It is the wrong question, because the honest answer is always "sort of." Here is the better one: is what is pulling me a relationship of inspiration, or an attraction of deprivation?

Deprivation feels intense and fast, runs on drama, and gives you someone to fix. Inspiration moves at a sane pace, their life already works, and you feel more like yourself, not less.

Knowing the difference is how you stop repeating the pattern. We teach it directly. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: F (dating) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, warm. See script below.

Day 10, Wednesday, Carousel (8 slides), Pillar 1 + 2, Carousel #2 (dating: the "save this" one) HOOK (slide 1): "Dating after divorce: how to tell a relationship of inspiration from an attraction of deprivation. Save this." CAPTION:

The difference between healing and repeating usually comes down to who you are drawn to next, and why. Bruce Fisher named the two kinds of pull. Here is how to tell them apart before you are in too deep.

Swipe through both checklists. Save it for the next time someone makes your heart race. (Racing is not the same as healthy.)

When you are ready to do this work for real, we are in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio to see where you are.

HASHTAG SET: F (dating) + E (local). Strong save-and-send post. VISUAL: 8 cream slides, a clean two-column "deprivation / inspiration" feel, terracotta and sage. Final slide CTA. See slide text below.

Day 11, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 3 + alumni FRAMES:

VISUAL: real, warm, unpolished. This frame begins the alumni amplification push (Section 7).

Day 12, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #4 ("shouldn't I be over it?") HOOK (on-screen text): "If your divorce was years ago and you are still working on it, you are not behind. You are paying attention." CAPTION:

"Shouldn't I be over it by now?" is the wrong question, and the shame in it is real. Two years out, five years out, the world expects you to be done. Healing does not run on that calendar.

In any of our rooms, someone five weeks separated sits next to someone divorced three years. Both belong. Some graduates come back for years, as friends, as volunteers. That is not being stuck. That is staying connected.

Wherever you are on the timeline, you belong here. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, gentle and reassuring. See script below.

Day 13, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #2 HOOK (on image): "It helped me move past a traumatic divorce much more quickly." CAPTION:

If you are bracing for years of this, read Melanie:

"Rebuilding Seminar was an amazing experience that helped me move past a traumatic divorce much more quickly than I would have without it. Through Rebuilding Seminars, I have made great friends and have connected to a supportive community that will stay with me for years to come. I highly recommend it!" Melanie

Faster, and not alone. That is what the right room does. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card, pull "great friends" and "a supportive community that will stay with me" large.

Day 14, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud." CAPTION:

"Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud." Maya Angelou

On the days your own sky is grey, one of the quiet surprises of healing in a group is this: being a small light for someone else is often what lifts you too.

That is what a cohort becomes, people taking turns being the rainbow. When you are ready for a room like that, we are in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). Add a soft share prompt: "Tag someone who has been a rainbow in your cloud." VISUAL: bright, hopeful cream card, a small sage-and-gold arc motif. Highly shareable.

WEEK 3 (theme: shame, kids, and the 2am fears)

Day 15, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Shame cannot survive being spoken." CAPTION:

"Shame cannot survive being spoken. It cannot survive empathy." Brene Brown

This is not just a nice line. It is the actual mechanism. The shame you carry from your divorce loses its grip the moment you say it out loud to people who meet it with empathy instead of judgment.

Building that room is the whole point of what we do, in person, every week, in Boulder and Denver. Start gently: free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). Pairs with the Day 5 Reel. VISUAL: deep, quiet card, sage tones, big type.

Day 16, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #5 (helping kids) HOOK (on-screen text): "The single most important thing you can do for your kids through a divorce is not a script. It is this." CAPTION:

Parents agonize over what to say to the kids. The truth is, kids are watching what you do with your feelings far more than they are listening to your words.

If you model "I'm fine, nothing's wrong" while you are clearly falling apart, they learn that adults lie about feelings, so they should too. If they watch you grieve honestly and then rebuild, they learn that hard things are survivable.

You cannot model recovery you are not getting. That is a big reason parents come to us. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: G (parenting) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, warm and steady. See script below.

Day 17, Wednesday, Carousel (7 slides), Pillar 1 + 2, Carousel #3 (helping kids: informing vs venting) HOOK (slide 1): "Helping your kids through divorce: the line between informing them and venting to them. Save this." CAPTION:

The most loving thing and one of the most damaging things can look similar from the outside. Both involve talking to your kids about the divorce. The difference is who it is for.

Swipe for the line between informing (loving) and venting (harmful), plus what kids actually need from each parent.

The cohort is where parents take their grief, so it does not leak out at the dinner table. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: G (parenting) + E (local). DM-share engine for the parents in the audience. VISUAL: 7 cream slides, warm, one idea per slide. Final slide CTA. See slide text below.

Day 18, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 1 + funnel FRAMES:

VISUAL: brand backgrounds, real review card, Bob's photo.

Day 19, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #6 (solo adventure / who would notice) HOOK (on-screen text): "If something happened to you out there, who would even notice? If that 2am thought is yours, watch this." CAPTION:

There is a fear that arrives at 2am after a divorce, somewhere past 50: if something happened to me, who would even know? It can quietly shrink your whole life, until you stop going anywhere alone.

The fear is reasonable, and it has two answers. The practical one is real (satellite messengers, a shared trip plan, a check-in person). The deeper one is community: a small constellation of people who would notice you were gone.

Our cohort members start filing trip plans with each other. That is what belonging looks like. You are not alone in this. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: B (midlife) + E (local). High save and share in this audience. VISUAL: Bob to camera, warm and grounded. See script below.

Day 20, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #3 HOOK (on image): "Classmates who are now lifelong friends, after ten short weeks." CAPTION:

Ten weeks. Here is what Christine walked out with:

"I almost don't recognize myself or my classmates (who are now lifelong friends) after ten short weeks! Rebuilding is hard, healing and absolutely transformative. Thank you to the 2 friends who recommended taking the seminar. You were right, working through feelings, emotions and patterns after a major life change like divorce is invaluable!" Christine

Notice the last part: she came because friends recommended it. That is the word our graduates use more than any other. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card, pull "classmates who are now lifelong friends" large.

Day 21, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "The more joy you can contain." CAPTION:

"The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain." Khalil Gibran

On the worst days of a divorce, the sorrow feels like it is only taking from you. Gibran offers the turn: the same depth grief carves out is the room that joy comes back to fill. The beauty does come back.

You do not have to keep going alone. We walk it together, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: expansive cream card, a soft hopeful tone band allowed (no faces, or a midlife figure small, seen from behind, facing a view).

WEEK 4 (theme: your people, and the practical fears)

Day 22, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "When a woman learns that pleasing the world is impossible, she becomes free." CAPTION:

"When a woman finally learns that pleasing the world is impossible, she becomes free to learn how to please herself." Glennon Doyle

So much of a long marriage can be spent managing everyone else's comfort. Divorce, as brutal as it is, can crack open a question worth answering on purpose: what do I actually want, now, for me?

That question is the heart of the work. We answer it together, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: B (midlife) + E (local). Soft share prompt: "Send this to a woman who needs to read it today." VISUAL: bold terracotta-and-cream card, energetic and hopeful.

Day 23, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #7 (friends don't know what to say) HOOK (on-screen text): "Your friends care, but they have gone quiet, and you are exhausted from saying 'I'm okay.' Here is how to fix it." CAPTION:

After a divorce, a strange loneliness sets in: surrounded by people who care, but who do not know what to say, so they say nothing. And you get tired of being the one who reassures everyone that you are fine.

Here is the fix, and it is on you, gently: teach your friends how to help. Specific small asks beat vague big ones every time. "Can you text me Tuesday nights, they are hard" works. "Let me know if you need anything" never does.

And when you need a room that already gets it, without the explaining, that is us. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, warm. See script below.

Day 24, Wednesday, Carousel (7 slides), Pillar 1, Carousel #4 (teach your friends to support you: send this) HOOK (slide 1): "How to teach the people who love you to actually support you through a divorce. Save this. Send this." CAPTION:

Your friends are not mind readers, and they are scared of saying the wrong thing. The kindest move is to hand them the words. Here is how.

Swipe through. Then send it to the friend who keeps asking how to help, or keep it for yourself.

And if you want a place where nobody needs the instructions because everyone already gets it: that is the cohort, in Boulder and Denver. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio.

HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). Built to be DM-shared. VISUAL: 7 cream slides, one idea per slide, warm. Final slide CTA. See slide text below.

Day 25, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 3 + alumni feature FRAMES:

VISUAL: warm alumni card, brand backgrounds, Bob's photo.

Day 26, Friday, Reel, Pillar 4 + honest objection, Reel Script #8 (what if I miss a week?) HOOK (on-screen text): "What happens if I miss a week of the class? Honest answer from 20 years of running these." CAPTION:

At every intro workshop a hand goes up: "What if I have to miss a week?" People are scared that one absence will set them back, or worse, give them a reason to quit.

Here is the honest answer. Missing a week is not a setback if you handle it right. Across a 10-week cohort, life happens, and most rooms have several people who miss a Sunday. Come 30 minutes early the next week and a co-leader walks you through what you missed, before the room fills.

The cohort does not reward perfect attendance. It rewards showing up. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, disarming and warm. See script below.

Day 27, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #4 HOOK (on image): "It gave me hope, support, and friends who truly understood." CAPTION:

If you feel like nobody in your life truly gets it, read Michelle:

"ReBuilders gives you an opportunity to discover who you really are, so you can be compassionate and understand how you arrived at this very painful part of life. It gave me hope, support, and friends that truly understood where I was in the emotional aspects of my painful divorce." Michelle

Hope, support, and people who understood. That is the whole offer. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.

HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card, pull "hope, support, and friends that truly understood" large.

Day 28, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it." CAPTION:

"Instructions for living a life: Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it." Mary Oliver

A quiet, hopeful way to think about the months after a divorce. Notice the small returns of life. Let yourself be surprised by them. And say them out loud to people who are glad to hear it.

That last part, telling about it, is what a cohort is for. We are here, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: bright, simple cream-and-gold card. Very shareable.

SPILLOVER DAYS (Days 29 to 30)

Day 29, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Hope begins in the dark. You wait and watch and work. You don't give up." CAPTION:

"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work: you don't give up." Anne Lamott

"Just show up" is almost word for word what a stranger told Bob when his own life had come apart. He did, and the dawn came. It is the truest small instruction we know.

Your version of showing up can be tiny and free: the self-test in our bio. Boulder and Denver, since 1993.

HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). (Ties directly to Bob's origin Reel, Day 2.) VISUAL: warm cream-and-terracotta card, big type, a hint of sunrise gold (still light and bright).

Day 30, Tuesday, Reel OR Carousel, Pillar 2 + month recap energy, Reel Script #9 (choosing a group) HOOK (on-screen text): "Online divorce group or in-person? Self-paced video or a live cohort? Here is how to choose well." CAPTION:

When you search for a divorce support group, you get three very different things: a live cohort of real humans, a self-paced video course, or a drop-in online forum. They are not the same, and the difference matters.

The thing that actually heals you is a small group of real people in the room with you, on a rhythm. Whatever you choose, look for: 8 to 12 people, a facilitator trained in the Fisher work, a full 10 weeks, and real homework.

Rebuilding is in-person in Boulder and Denver. If you are nearby, come. If you are not sure what fits, a free 15-min call with Bob will help you find the right group, even if it is not ours. Free self-test in bio.

HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera (script below), or a simple comparison carousel ("live cohort / video course / drop-in forum"). End on CTA. (This is the safe fallback for Day 2 if Bob's origin Reel is not cleared yet.)

3. Reel scripts (film straight from these, 30 to 45 seconds, Bob's voice)

Same direction as Month 1: Bob talks straight to camera, warm and unhurried, one person across a coffee table. Natural light, warm room, terracotta or sage in frame. Burn the on-screen hook in the first second (most watch muted). End each with calm CTA energy, no hard sell. Batch-film all 8 to 9 in one sitting.

Reel Script #1 (Day 2): Bob's origin story (GATED on bio approval)

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Twenty years ago, I went through my own divorce."

"People assume I started Rebuilding because I am a counselor. It is actually the other way around. About twenty years ago, my own marriage ended. I came out of it dazed, and only about half put back together.

Somebody handed me Bruce Fisher's book, and pointed me toward a workshop. And that cohort, those ten weeks with people who were in the same place I was, changed my life. The leader told me one simple thing on the first night. He said, just show up. So I did. And slowly, week by week, I rebuilt.

That is why I run this. And it is honestly why it has never been about the money for me. I have sat in your seat, on the worst night of it, and I know what the right room can do.

If you are there right now, I would love to talk. There is a free fifteen-minute call with me in our bio. Just show up."

Do not film or post until Bob clears his bio (why-bob-runs-rebuilding.md is on HOLD). Bob: every detail here is yours to correct in your own words.

Reel Script #2 (Day 5): Speaking shame out loud

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "The cure for divorce shame: say it out loud."

"Almost everyone I meet is carrying a shame they cannot quite name. That they failed. That they should have seen it coming. That they are somehow damaged goods now.

And here is the thing about shame. It gets all of its power from one source: staying unspoken. The second you say it out loud, in a room that will not shame you back, three things happen. It stops sounding like the truth, and starts sounding like a feeling. You discover you are not the only one. And you give the next person permission to say theirs.

That is not a trick. It is the actual mechanism of healing. And it is most of what we do together, in that room, every week.

You do not have to start big. The free self-test in our bio is a gentle first step. It will show you where you are."

Reel Script #3 (Day 9): Dating after divorce, the real question

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Before you date again, ask this one question."

"When people start thinking about dating again, they ask me, am I ready? And honestly, that is the wrong question, because the answer is always sort of.

Here is the better one. Bruce Fisher drew a line between two kinds of attraction. An attraction of deprivation, and a relationship of inspiration. Deprivation feels intense and fast. It runs on drama, and it usually comes with someone to rescue or fix. It feels like aliveness, but it is really just your old wound, looking for a familiar shape.

Inspiration is quieter. The person's life already works. They are curious about your inner world. And the biggest tell of all: around them, you feel more like yourself, not less.

Learning to feel the difference is how you stop repeating the pattern. We teach it directly. The free self-test in our bio is where you start."

Reel Script #4 (Day 12): Shouldn't I be over it?

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Still working on it years later? You are not behind."

"There is a question that brings so much shame, and people almost whisper it. Shouldn't I be over this by now? It has been two years. Five years.

I want to take the weight out of that. There is no clock on this. In any of our rooms, I have got someone five weeks out of their separation sitting right next to someone who has been divorced for three years. And both of them belong there.

Some of our graduates come back for years. As friends. As volunteers who help lead the next group. That is not being stuck. That is the opposite. That is staying connected to your own growth, and to your people.

So if your divorce was a long time ago and you are still doing the work, hear me: you are not pathological. You are paying attention. Wherever you are on the timeline, you belong here. The free self-test in our bio will meet you exactly where you are."

Reel Script #5 (Day 16): The most important thing for your kids

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "The most important thing you can do for your kids."

"Parents come to me agonizing over what to say to their kids about the divorce. What is the right script. And the script matters less than they think, because kids are watching what you do with your feelings far more than they are listening to your words.

If you walk around saying I am fine, nothing is wrong, while you are clearly coming apart, here is what your kids actually learn. They learn that grown-ups lie about their feelings, so they probably should too.

But if they watch you grieve honestly, and then slowly rebuild your life, they learn the most important lesson there is. That hard things are survivable. That you can fall apart and put yourself back together.

The catch is, you cannot model a recovery you are not getting. That is a big reason parents end up in our room. They come to do their own healing, for their kids as much as themselves. The free self-test in our bio is a good place to start."

Reel Script #6 (Day 19): Who would even notice?

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "If something happened to you out there, who would notice?"

"Here is a fear that shows up at two in the morning, especially past fifty, when the house is finally quiet. If something happened to me, out on a hike, on a trip, even just here at home, who would even know? Who would I call?

If you have felt that, you are not being dramatic. It is one of the most common fears I hear, and it can quietly shrink your whole life until you stop going anywhere on your own.

It has two answers. There is a practical one, and it is real: a satellite messenger, a shared trip plan, a person who expects to hear from you. But the deeper answer is community. A small constellation of people who would simply notice that you were gone.

I love this. In our cohorts, people actually start filing their trip plans with each other. That is what belonging looks like in real life. You are not alone in this. The free self-test in our bio is a first step toward a life with people in it."

Reel Script #7 (Day 23): Teach your friends to help

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Your friends care, but they have gone quiet."

"Here is a particular loneliness of divorce. You are surrounded by people who genuinely care about you, but they do not know what to say. So they say nothing. And the silence starts to feel like distance.

And on your side, you get exhausted from being the one who keeps everyone else comfortable, saying I am okay, I am okay, when you are not.

So here is the fix, and I say this gently, because it is partly on you. Teach your friends how to help you. They are not mind readers, and they are terrified of saying the wrong thing. Specific small asks beat vague big ones every single time. Can you text me on Tuesday nights, those are hard for me. That works. Let me know if you need anything, that never does, because now the work is on you.

And when you want a place where nobody needs the instructions, because everyone in the room already gets it, that is what we are. The free self-test in our bio is how you find us."

Reel Script #8 (Day 26): What if I miss a week?

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "What if I miss a week of the class?"

"At just about every intro workshop, a hand goes up, and someone asks, a little anxiously, what happens if I have to miss a week? And underneath it is a real fear. That one absence will set them back. Or honestly, that it will give them an excuse to quit.

So let me give you the honest answer, from twenty years of running these. Missing a week is not a setback, if you handle it right. We meet ten Sunday evenings. Across a room of forty people, life happens. Most cohorts have several folks who miss a Sunday somewhere along the way.

The fix is simple. You come thirty minutes early the next week, and one of our co-leaders walks you through the block you missed, and what happened in your small group, before the room fills up. You are caught up before we even start.

Because the cohort does not reward perfect attendance. It rewards showing up. The free self-test in our bio is the first time you show up. That is all it takes."

Reel Script #9 (Day 30, also the Day 2 fallback): How to choose a group

ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Online or in-person? Self-paced or live? How to choose."

"When you finally go looking for a divorce support group, you find three very different things, and they get lumped together as if they are the same. They are not.

There is a live cohort, real people in a room, or on a screen together, on a rhythm. There is a self-paced video course, which you do alone, on your couch. And there is a drop-in online forum, where people come and go.

They all have a place. But the thing that actually heals you, the deep connective tissue, happens with a small group of real humans, showing up together, week after week. So whatever you choose, look for this: eight to twelve people, a facilitator who is actually trained in the Fisher work, a full ten weeks, and real homework between sessions.

We are in-person, in Boulder and Denver. If you are nearby, come. And if you are not sure what fits you, book a free fifteen-minute call with me, and I will help you find the right group, even if it turns out it is not ours. The self-test in our bio is where to start."

4. Carousels (slide-by-slide text)

Design for all: cream or warm-white slides, terracotta headers, sage accent line, generous type, one idea per slide, swipe cue on slides 1 to 2. Final slide is always the CTA. No faces required; if used, midlife only.

6. The 19 Building Blocks weekly mini-series (the follow-magnet)

Launched by Carousel #1 (Day 3). After that, drip one block per week as a lightweight single-image post or a Story, numbered ("Block 1 of 19"), so people follow to collect the set. Keep them short and warm; each is one block, one plain-language line, and a soft CTA every third or fourth one. Here are the first four, ready to use. (Confirm the exact Fisher labels against the book PDF in the project root before printing.)

Run blocks 5 to 19 across the following months. This single series can carry most of your Wednesday or Story education slots through the rest of the year, and it is the kind of numbered sequence that earns follows.

7. Social-proof posts (real review text to feature)

All four feed reviews are real, 5-star, and verified verbatim from the 293-review corpus (research/inbound-testimonials/). None were used in Month 1. First name only. Feature the text verbatim.

DayReviewerReview text to feature (verbatim)
6Olga"Amazing program and community. I highly recommend the 10 week seminar- life changing journey. Bob Manthy and volunteers create welcoming, safe, encouraging, and fun environment. I made wonderful friends, became a better and more confident person and learned more than expected. I will be part of the RB family for the rest of my life."
13Melanie"Rebuilding Seminar was an amazing experience that helped me move past a traumatic divorce much more quickly than I would have without it. Through Rebuilding Seminars, I have made great friends and have connected to a supportive community that will stay with me for years to come. I highly recommend it!"
20Christine"I almost don't recognize myself or my classmates (who are now lifelong friends) after ten short weeks! Rebuilding is hard, healing and absolutely transformative. Thank you to the 2 friends who recommended taking the seminar. You were right, working through feelings, emotions and patterns after a major life change like divorce is invaluable!"
27Michelle"ReBuilders gives you an opportunity to discover who you really are, so you can be compassionate and understand how you arrived at this very painful part of life. It gave me hope, support, and friends that truly understood where I was in the emotional aspects of my painful divorce."

Story-frame reviews (use as cards in the Story-only days):

Recurring stat line for any proof post (all verified from the synthesis): "293 reviews. 4.96 stars. Across the written ones, the word people use most is 'recommend' (101 times). After that: friends, community, safe. Belonging, not curriculum." Use it as a stat card or a caption opener.

8. Visual and workflow note

The imagery rules and batch-and-review workflow from Month 1 still apply in full (people read ~50 / midlife; warm terracotta and sage on cream; real photos of Bob and the real room, never AI faces; hopeful, not depressing; captions burned into Reels; light and bright, never dark). Do not reinvent the templates; reuse the Month 1 Canva templates and just drop in this month's content.

Month-2-specific production notes:

  1. Film Bob's origin Reel only after he clears his bio. Until then, run the Day 30 "how to choose a group" Reel in the Day 2 slot. The moment Bob approves, film the origin story, post it, and pin it (it is the strongest trust asset on the account).
  2. Batch-film the other 8 Reels in one sitting (about 75 to 90 minutes). Same shirt is fine.
  3. Build the 19-Blocks template once. A single numbered template ("Block X of 19") makes the weekly series almost free to produce for the rest of the year.
  4. Gather alumni quotes early (Day 11 ask). Collect a few, get a one-line permission to feature with first name, and you have weeks of the most credible content there is.
  5. Start the referral outreach in Week 1 (Section 9), so collab posts and partner reach can land within Month 2, not after it.

What success looks like in Month 2 (set this expectation with Bob)

Month 1 was about reach and saves climbing. Month 2 should show the funnel starting to turn: saves and shares converting into follows, profile visits converting into link clicks on the self-test and the 15-min call, and the first one or two referral-partner relationships forming. Keep tying the real scorecard to calls booked from Instagram (keep "How did you hear about us?" on the consult form). A single local referral partner who starts sending people is a bigger Month-2 win than any follower number.

9. Month-2 growth plays (the new work)

9a. Local referral outreach kit (start this in Week 1)

Target a short list of Boulder/Denver professionals who meet the right person constantly and have nowhere warm to send them: divorce mediators, family-law attorneys, divorce-financial planners (CDFA), and solo therapists who do NOT run groups. Five to eight good relationships is the goal, not a mass blast.

Warm DM / email template (adapt per person, send from Bob or as Bob):

Hi [Name], I am Bob Manthy, a licensed counselor here in [Boulder/Denver]. I run Rebuilding Seminars, a 10-week, in-person divorce-recovery program (the Bruce Fisher model), 4.96 stars over 293 reviews, 3,000+ graduates since 1993.

You and I serve the same people at different moments. You help them through the [legal / financial / individual-therapy] side; we help them rebuild the emotional and social side, in a community of people going through the same thing. I would love to be a place you can confidently send a client who needs more than any one of us can give alone.

Could I buy you a coffee, or send you a few referral cards and a one-pager? Happy to be a resource for your clients, no strings. Thank you for the work you do.

Collab-post plan: once a relationship exists, propose one Instagram Collab post (co-authored, shows on both grids). Easy first topic: a value carousel like "5 things to line up before you file" (their lane) paired with "5 ways to take care of yourself while you do" (your lane). Both audiences see it; both accounts grow.

9b. Alumni amplification (start Day 11)

3,000+ graduates are a built-in megaphone. The Day 11 and Day 25 Stories begin this. Steps:

  1. Post the Day 11 ask ("Graduated? We want to feature you").
  2. Collect replies. Pick 4 to 6 strong one-liners.
  3. Get a quick one-line permission to feature with first name only.
  4. Turn each into a branded alumni card (Day 25 uses the first one; the rest seed future Saturdays and Stories).
  5. Invite a few willing grads to simply share one of your posts to their own Story and tag the account. A grad's endorsement to their own friends is the most credible, most local reach there is, and it is free.

9c. Engagement routine (unchanged, still the engine)

The Month 1 daily 15-minute routine still runs: reply to every comment and DM in Bob's voice, comment supportively on 5 to 10 relevant local and niche posts, geotag everything (Boulder, Denver, Niwot, Cherry Creek). This is the unglamorous work that actually grows a small account. In Month 2, add: spend a few of those daily minutes engaging genuinely with the referral-partner accounts you are courting, so your name is familiar before you reach out.

Appendix: quote verification note

All 9 calendar quotes and all 9 bench quotes were confirmed present verbatim in the deployed library AnnetteThompson/public/data/rebuilding-quotes.json (field q), each a unique match, each track: universal. The library has no max_social field (an earlier assumption); safe-for-social was judged by length and content. Per the project hard rule, do not post any quote that is not in that file. If you want to swap one, pull a replacement from the library, do not invent it.

*End of Month 2 package. Nothing posted. Awaiting Annette + Bob approval. Month 1 should be live or scheduled before this runs.*
