Prepared: 2026-06-05 For review by: Annette and Bob (Bob Manthy, LPC), before anything is posted. Account: https://www.instagram.com/rebuilding_seminars/ Status: REVIEW DRAFT. Nothing here has been posted. Approve the month, then schedule.
This package turns on the content engine for Month 1: bio, hashtags, and a full 30-day per-diem calendar with finished captions, Reel scripts you (Bob) can film straight from, slide-by-slide carousels, real quotes, and real reviews. Every quote and review in here is pulled from the actual asset files, not invented. The local referral flywheel (partner outreach) is deliberately held for Month 2 to 3, per Annette. Month 1 is about Reels, saves, and followers.
Source plan: research-notes/rebuilding-instagram-growth-plan.md. Assets used: the 24 articles in content/hub-1-divorce/, the 1,392-quote library in research-notes/literary-panel/quotes.json, the 293-review synthesis in research/inbound-testimonials/gbp-synthesis-2026-05-26.md, and the live homepage googleReviews array.
Hard rules honored throughout: no em-dashes (commas, periods, colons, parentheses only). Real quotes and reviews only. All imagery reads as roughly 50 / midlife.
1. Final BIO and Name field (ready to paste)
Name field (keyword-indexed for local SEO, paste exactly)
Rebuilding Seminars | Divorce Recovery Boulder & Denver
Why: the Name field is searched and indexed separately from the handle. Loading it with "Divorce Recovery Boulder & Denver" is the single highest-leverage SEO move on the profile. It makes the account surface for "divorce recovery Boulder" and "divorce support Denver."
Bio field (FINAL, recommended: warmth-forward, Option A from the plan, trimmed to fit)
Divorce or breakup in midlife? You are not starting over alone. 10-week in-person recovery + real community. Boulder & Denver. Since 1993. Bob Manthy, LPC. 4.96 stars, 3,000+ rebuilt. Free self-test + 15-min call below
Why this one wins over the proof-forward Option B: the audience's own reviews say they came for belonging, not curriculum (community plus friends plus safe language appears 139 times across the reviews; "workbook" or "curriculum" is near zero). The first line names the lonely feeling and answers it ("you are not starting over alone"), which is what makes a hurting stranger feel seen and follow. Proof still lands in line 3. The funnel close ("Free self-test plus 15-min call below") points at the link-in-bio.
If the character counter clips it, cut in this order: keep line 1, keep "Boulder & Denver," keep "Free self-test plus 15-min call below," then trim "+ real community," then drop "Since 1993."
Profile setup checklist (one-time)
- Category: Counselor (or Community Organization). Not generic "Local Business."
- Profile photo: test a warm photo of Bob's face (faces lift follow rate, and "a counselor who walked it himself" is the trust hook). The terracotta and sage wordmark on white is the fallback.
- Link in bio (single router, links ordered by funnel stage, all verified live):
- Take the free self-test (how is loss affecting you?):
https://go.rebuildingseminars.com/boulder-fdas - Book a free 15-minute call with Bob:
https://info.rebuildingseminars.com/consult - See upcoming Boulder/Denver dates and enroll:
https://rebuildingseminars.com/rebuilding-seminars-and-workshops - Read real stories and articles: the articles hub on annettethompson.com/rebuilding (once published) or the rebuildingseminars.com blog
- Watch what Rebuilding is:
https://www.youtube.com/@rebuilding-seminars
- CTA discipline: never paste raw links in captions (Instagram suppresses off-platform pushes). Deliver value, then close with "free self-test and a 15-min call with Bob are in our bio." Drive to the router, not five URLs.
2. Hashtag strategy (researched, real, verified)
I verified these against live hashtag indexes (best-hashtags.com pulls, June 2026), so each one exists and is in active use, and I tagged each by reach size. Post-volume anchors I confirmed: #divorce ~3.3M posts (large), #lifeafterdivorce ~165K (medium), #bouldercolorado ~717K (large-local). General rule for an account this small: most of your "winnable" reach comes from medium and niche tags (roughly 10K to 300K posts), with one or two large tags for category context and a local set for the moat. Do not paste a giant block of the biggest tags only; you will drown.
How to use: put 8 to 12 hashtags at the END of the caption or in the first comment. Pick ONE topical set that matches the post, then ALWAYS append 3 to 5 from the Local set. Rotate the topical sets across the week so you are not repeating the same block every post (Instagram can read a repeated identical block as spammy and it caps reach).
Sizes are labeled L (large, 1M+), M (medium, ~100K to 1M), N (niche, under ~150K and topic-specific), Local.
SET A: Divorce recovery core (use on validation and method posts)
#divorcerecovery #lifeafterdivorce #divorcesupport #healingafterdivorce #divorcehealing #divorcecommunity #divorcedwomen #survivingdivorce #divorcesupportgroup #rebuildingafterdivorce
Mix: #divorcerecovery M, #divorcesupport M, #lifeafterdivorce M, #healingafterdivorce N, #divorcehealing N, #divorcecommunity N, #divorcedwomen N, #survivingdivorce N, #divorcesupportgroup N, #rebuildingafterdivorce N.
SET B: Midlife and gray divorce (use on the 50ish-specific posts: "old and single," "couple friends," etc.)
#midlifedivorce #greydivorce #startingoverafter50 #divorceover50 #midlifewomen #midlifejourney #lifeafter50 #newchapter #divorcedover40 #secondhalfoflife
Mix: #midlifewomen M, #midlifejourney M, #newchapter M, #midlifedivorce N, #greydivorce N, #startingoverafter50 N, #divorceover50 N, #lifeafter50 N, #divorcedover40 N, #secondhalfoflife N.
SET C: Emotional truth and shareable hope (use on quote posts and "you are not alone" posts)
#healingjourney #selfcompassion #emotionalhealing #youarenotalone #griefjourney #healingquotes #innerwork #selflove #onedayatatime #youarenotalonein this
Mix: #selflove L, #healingjourney M, #emotionalhealing M, #healingquotes M, #griefjourney N, #selfcompassion N, #youarenotalone N, #innerwork N, #onedayatatime N. (Remove #youarenotalonein this, that was a typo; the clean tag is #youarenotalone, already listed.)
SET D: Social proof and program (use on review posts, "what happens in a group," CTA posts)
#divorcecoach #divorcesupportgroup #counseling #findyourpeople #communityhealing #grouptherapy #youdonthavetodothisalone #therapyworks #mentalhealthsupport #divorcehelp
Mix: #counseling M, #grouptherapy M, #mentalhealthsupport M, #divorcecoach M, #divorcehelp N, #divorcesupportgroup N, #findyourpeople N, #communityhealing N, #youdonthavetodothisalone N, #therapyworks N.
SET E (LOCAL, the moat, append 3 to 5 of these to EVERY post)
#bouldercolorado #boulderco #denvercolorado #bouldercounty #niwotcolorado #cherrycreekdenver #frontrange #coloradotherapist #boulderlife #denverliving
Mix: #bouldercolorado L-local, #denvercolorado M-local, #boulderco M-local, #boulderlife M-local, #denverliving M-local, #bouldercounty N-local, #niwotcolorado N-local, #cherrycreekdenver N-local, #frontrange N-local, #coloradotherapist N-local.
Rotation rule (write this on a sticky note)
- Pick the ONE topical set (A, B, C, or D) that matches the post's job.
- Append 3 to 5 from SET E (vary which local tags, do not use the same 5 every time).
- Never post the exact same hashtag block twice in a row. Across a week you should touch all four topical sets at least once.
- Total per post: 8 to 12 tags. More than ~15 looks spammy and does not add reach.
- More important than hashtags in 2026: write the literal search phrase into the caption itself ("divorce support group Boulder," "divorce recovery Denver," "going through a divorce in midlife"). Captions are indexed and searched now.
3. Month-1 calendar (30 days, per diem)
Weekly skeleton (repeats 4 times, plus 2 spillover days): Mon quote, Tue Reel, Wed carousel, Thu Story-only, Fri Reel, Sat social proof, Sun quote or light Story. Roughly 4 to 5 feed posts a week, 2 Reels a week, Stories most days.
Month-1 totals: 8 Reels, 5 carousels, 8 quote posts, 4 social-proof posts, 5 Story-only days. (30 days, every day has something; Stories run alongside on most days even when the "post of the day" is a feed piece.)
Format key: Reel, Carousel, Single (quote/graphic), Story. CTA every caption ends on the free self-test or the free 15-min call.
WEEK 1
Day 1, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Connection is why we're here." CAPTION:
"Connection is why we're here. It's what gives purpose and meaning to our lives." Brene Brown
When a marriage ends, the first instinct is usually to pull inward and white-knuckle it alone. Understandable. It is also the hardest way to do it.
The truth underneath the loneliness is that we are wired for each other. Healing happens faster, and lasts longer, in a room of people who get it.
Curious where you actually are in the process? Take our free self-test (link in bio). Boulder and Denver, in person, since 1993.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: warm terracotta-on-cream quote card, Montserrat headline, small sage leaf motif. No photo, or a soft out-of-focus Colorado foothills band at the bottom.
Day 2, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 4 (Bob), Reel Script #1 HOOK (on-screen text + Bob's first spoken line): "Most people who would benefit from a divorce recovery program never actually walk into one." CAPTION:
Most people who need this never walk in the door. Not because they do not need it. Because that first step feels enormous when you are already exhausted.
So we made the first step tiny: a free 15-minute video call. No pressure, no pitch, no commitment.
If you are going through a divorce in Boulder or Denver and you have been wondering whether something like this is for you, that call is how you find out. Link in bio.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob talking to camera, warm room, soft natural light, terracotta or sage in frame. Caption burned in (most watch muted). See script below.
Day 3, Wednesday, Carousel (8 slides), Pillar 1 (Validation), Carousel #1 HOOK (slide 1): "Why do I feel so ashamed of my divorce? (You are not imagining it. There are 4 kinds.)" CAPTION:
Almost everyone in our intro workshops is carrying a shame they cannot quite name. Naming it is how it starts to lose its grip.
Swipe through the four forms. See which one is yours. (Most people have more than one.)
Shame gets its power from being unspeakable. The fix is a room where you can finally say it out loud and not be judged for it. That room is what we do, in person, in Boulder and Denver.
Want to see where loss is sitting in your life right now? Free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: 8 cream slides, terracotta headers, one form per slide, sage accent line. Final slide = soft CTA card. See slide text below.
Day 4, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 3 + funnel FRAMES:
- Frame 1 (poll): "Where are you right now? [Going through it] / [Healing] / [Supporting someone I love]"
- Frame 2: a real review screenshot (use Nina Axelrod's, below).
- Frame 3: link sticker to the free self-test, text: "Free self-test: how is the loss actually affecting you? (2 minutes, private)"
- Frame 4 (question sticker): "Ask Bob anything about divorce recovery. He will answer some this week."
CAPTION/CTA: link sticker on frame 3 to go.rebuildingseminars.com/boulder-fdas. VISUAL: brand-colored Story backgrounds, real review as a clean card, Bob's photo on the question frame.
Day 5, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #2 HOOK (on-screen text): "The thing your ex said when it ended, the one that still loops at 2am? Here is how to take its power away." CAPTION:
There is a particular sentence almost everyone carries out of a breakup. The cruel thing said in the worst moment. It lodges in, and it surfaces for years, in your own voice, as if it were true.
It is not a verdict. It is a wound, said by someone in their own worst moment.
You can learn to take it apart. We do this work together, in person, in Boulder and Denver.
Start by seeing where you are: free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, or calm B-roll (a window, tea, hands) with text on screen. See script below.
Day 6, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #1 HOOK (on image): "293 reviews. 4.96 stars. 9 years." CAPTION:
293 reviews. 4.96 stars. Nine years. More than 3,000 people rebuilt.
And the word that shows up more than any other in those reviews is not "helpful." It is "recommend." People who do this do not keep it to themselves.
Here is one, from Nina: "Life changing in the best way during one of the worst times of my life. So grateful for Rebuilders!"
If "one of the worst times of my life" is where you are right now, you do not have to do it alone. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: stat card (terracotta numbers on cream), with the Nina quote beneath in a sage-tinted block. Real, warm, not corporate.
Day 7, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "There are better things ahead than any we leave behind." CAPTION:
"There are better things ahead than any we leave behind." C.S. Lewis
Put that one on your mirror.
Divorce is one of the hardest things a person walks through. You are doing it. That counts, even on the days it does not feel like it. And what is ahead can be better than what is behind.
When you are ready for company on the climb, we are in Boulder and Denver, in person, since 1993. Free self-test in bio to see where you are.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: simple, bold cream-and-terracotta quote card. Big type. Very shareable to a friend.
WEEK 2
Day 8, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "We don't heal in isolation. We heal in connection." CAPTION:
"We don't heal in isolation; we heal in connection." Esther Perel
You can read every book, journal every night, and still feel stuck. That is not a willpower problem. Some wounds only mend in the presence of other people.
That is the whole reason a group works when going it alone does not. We hold a room like that, in person, every week, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: quiet, spacious quote card. Lots of cream negative space, small sage element, terracotta type.
Day 9, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 2 (Education), Reel Script #3 HOOK (on-screen text): "There is an actual map for getting through a divorce. It is a mountain, and it has 19 steps." CAPTION:
Most people think healing from divorce is just "time." It is not. There is a map.
It is the Fisher model: a mountain you climb from denial all the way to freedom, with 19 building blocks along the way. Loneliness. Anger. Grief. Self-worth. Openness. Each one is a step, and each one is doable.
You do not climb it alone. That is the whole point of a group.
We walk it in 10 weeks, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio to see your starting point.
HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, optionally with a simple drawn "mountain" graphic cut in. See script below. (Intro to the 19-block series.)
Day 10, Wednesday, Carousel (9 slides), Pillar 1 (Validation), Carousel #2 (the "send this" one) HOOK (slide 1): "Someone you love is going through a divorce and you do not know what to say. Save this. Send this." CAPTION:
If you love someone going through a divorce, you have probably frozen up, terrified of saying the wrong thing. Here is the roadmap.
Swipe through. Then send it to the person who needs it, or send it to the friend you wish would read it.
(Built to be forwarded. That is the point.)
And if you are the one going through it: there is a room full of people who already get it, in Boulder and Denver. Free 15-min call with Bob in bio.
HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). This is the DM-share engine of the month, prompt the share. VISUAL: 9 cream slides, warm, one "do say / do not say" idea per slide. Final slide = CTA. See slide text below.
Day 11, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 4 + warmth FRAMES:
- Frame 1: behind the scenes, a photo of the seminar room being set up (chairs in a circle, warm lamp).
- Frame 2 (question sticker): "What is the hardest part of your week right now?" (Bob replies to a few.)
- Frame 3: a short text frame, Bob's voice: "You do not have to have it together to walk in. Nobody does."
- Frame 4: link sticker to the free 15-min call.
VISUAL: real, unpolished, warm. Midlife faces only if anyone is shown.
Day 12, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #4 HOOK (on-screen text): "Your couple friends disappeared after the divorce, didn't they." CAPTION:
Nobody warns you about this one. The marriage ends, and the friends you had as a couple slowly vanish. Invitations stop. Sides get picked, usually without anyone saying so.
It is almost never malice. Friend groups restructure around the new shape of things. It still hurts like loss, because it is loss.
Here is the good news: the friendships that form when everyone in the room is in the same boat tend to be the deepest of your life. Our graduates say it constantly.
Come find your people. In person, Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: B (midlife) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera. Warm. See script below.
Day 13, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #2 HOOK (on image): "I will be part of the RB family forever." CAPTION:
This is the part the brochure can never capture.
"Rebuilders was an amazing community. It helped me go through the difficult process of healing from my separation and divorce. It provided activities that made me feel part of a larger community and everyone was caring and supportive. I learned so much about myself and am ready for my next chapter. I would highly recommend this class." Jennifer
You do not just learn tools. You join a community, and a lot of people stay for life.
Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver, since 1993.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card, terracotta quote marks, the line "ready for my next chapter" pulled large.
Day 14, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Radical kindness to ourselves buys us a shot at a warm and generous heart." CAPTION:
"Kindness toward others and radical kindness to ourselves buy us a shot at a warm and generous heart, which is the greatest prize of all." Anne Lamott
Read that again on the hard days. The kindness you keep extending to everyone else, point some of it back at yourself. You do not have to get your life perfectly together first to deserve it.
You do not have to do that alone. Free self-test in bio. In person, Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: bold cream-and-sage quote card, very shareable.
WEEK 3
Day 15, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "The braver I am, the luckier I get." CAPTION:
"The braver I am, the luckier I get." Glennon Doyle
Booking the call. Walking into the room. Saying the true thing out loud. None of it feels brave in the moment. It just feels scary. Do it anyway, and watch what opens up.
Your brave first step is small and free: the self-test in our bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: terracotta quote card. Energetic, hopeful.
Day 16, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 4 (Bob) + CTA, Reel Script #5 HOOK (on-screen text): "What actually happens on a free 15-minute call with me? No pressure. No pitch. Here is the truth." CAPTION:
A lot of people picture a sales call. It is the opposite.
It is 15 minutes, on video, just to talk. Where you are. What you are facing. Whether this is even the right fit for you right now. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet," and I will tell you that.
No pressure, no commitment, no pitch. Just a real conversation with a real counselor who has been through it.
If you have been on the fence, that is exactly what the call is for. Book it free in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, calm and warm. See script below. (Pin this one.)
Day 17, Wednesday, Carousel (6 slides), Pillar 2 (Education), Carousel #3 HOOK (slide 1): "Therapy and a divorce-recovery group do two different jobs. Half our people do both." CAPTION:
"I am already in therapy. Would a group be too much?" We get this at almost every intro workshop. The answer is no, and here is why.
Swipe to see how the two actually reinforce each other. (Your therapist might be the one who sends you to us.)
This positions a group alongside therapy, not instead of it. If you are doing the hard work already, this can be the missing piece.
See where you are first: free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: 6 cream slides, a simple two-column "therapy / group" comparison feel, sage and terracotta. Final slide CTA. See slide text below.
Day 18, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 5 + funnel FRAMES:
- Frame 1: a connection-themed quote card from the library (use the C.S. Lewis "What! You too?" friendship line, below).
- Frame 2 (poll): "Has anyone ever told you to 'just move on'? [Yes, ugh] / [All the time]"
- Frame 3: Bob text frame: "There is no calendar for this. Five weeks out or three years out, you are welcome."
- Frame 4: link sticker to the free self-test.
VISUAL: brand quote card + poll + Bob's photo.
Day 19, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #6 HOOK (on-screen text): "Who is going to take care of me when I am old and single? If that question keeps you up at 2am, watch this." CAPTION:
There is a fear that shows up around 2am, somewhere past 50, when the house is quiet: who will take care of me when I am old? Who would even know if something happened?
If you have felt it, you are not being dramatic. It is one of the most common fears in the room, and almost nobody says it out loud.
Naming it is the first relief. Building real community is the actual answer. That is a lot of what we do.
You are not alone in this. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver, in person.
HASHTAG SET: B (midlife) + E (local). High save and share in this audience, soft "send to a friend" energy. VISUAL: Bob to camera, very warm and steady. See script below.
Day 20, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #3 HOOK (on image): "Feeling frightened and alone, Rebuilders was recommended to me." CAPTION:
If you are frightened and alone right now, read this. Tanya was too:
"Feeling frightened and alone during the divorce process, Rebuilders was recommended to me. A beautiful way to pull myself up and move forward. This seminar is a safe environment to unload, understand and find self compassion, not to mention the community of amazing people that come to surround you." Tanya
Safe. Surrounded. Moving forward. That is the whole goal.
Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card. Pull "the community of amazing people that come to surround you" large.
Day 21, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Don't surrender all your joy for an idea you used to have about yourself that isn't true anymore." CAPTION:
"Don't surrender all your joy for an idea you used to have about yourself that isn't true anymore." Cheryl Strayed
The "wife" or "husband" you used to be is not the whole of you. Divorce cracks open a question worth answering on purpose: who am I now, on my own terms?
That is the heart of the work. We do it together, in person, in Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: terracotta-and-cream card, hopeful, lots of air.
WEEK 4
Day 22, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage." CAPTION:
"Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren't always comfortable, but they're never weakness." Brene Brown
Saying the true, unflattering, still-raw thing out loud to other people feels like the most exposed you can be. It is also the bravest. That is where the healing actually starts.
When you are ready to say it in a room that will not judge you for it, we are here. Boulder and Denver, in person. Free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: quiet, deep, hopeful card. Sage tones.
Day 23, Tuesday, Reel, Pillar 4 (Bob) + honest objection, Reel Script #7 HOOK (on-screen text): "Do I have to read the Bruce Fisher book to get anything out of this? Honest answer." CAPTION:
People worry they will fall behind on the "homework." Here is the honest truth.
The magic was never the reading. The book helps, and you do not have to be perfect at it. People who barely crack it still walk out changed, because the real work happens in the room, with the group, out loud.
So if "I do not have time to do it perfectly" is the thing holding you back, let it go. Just come.
See where you are first: free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, disarming and warm. See script below.
Day 24, Wednesday, Carousel (7 slides), Pillar 2 (Education), Carousel #4 HOOK (slide 1): "What actually happens inside a divorce-recovery group? (The engine of the whole program.)" CAPTION:
"Is it just people venting in a circle?" No. Here is what a small group actually is, and why it is where the change happens.
Swipe through how it works: 5 to 10 people, two trained co-leaders, a weekly rhythm, a treat-each-other-as-family ethos, and friendships that outlast the 10 weeks.
This is the part people stay for. In person, Boulder and Denver, since 1993.
Free self-test in bio to see where you are starting from.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof/program) + E (local). VISUAL: 7 cream slides, warm, one element of the group per slide. Final slide CTA. See slide text below.
Day 25, Thursday, Story-only (3 to 4 frames), Pillar 3 + funnel FRAMES:
- Frame 1 (poll): "Be honest: have you been putting off getting support? [Yes] / [For months]"
- Frame 2: review screenshot (use Sarah Erwin's, below).
- Frame 3: Bob text frame: "The first step is small on purpose. A free 15-minute call. That is it."
- Frame 4: link sticker to the free 15-min call.
VISUAL: brand backgrounds, real review card, Bob's photo.
Day 26, Friday, Reel, Pillar 1 (Validation), Reel Script #8 HOOK (on-screen text): "What if I am the one who left? Is a divorce-recovery group still for me?" CAPTION:
Almost all divorce content assumes you were blindsided. But what if you are the one who left?
You still grieve. You carry guilt, second-guessing, the strange loneliness of rebuilding an identity without the clean story of "I was wronged." That grief is real, and it is welcome here.
The room is for both. The one who left and the one who was left, in the same circle, healing the same things.
Wherever you sit in your story, you belong. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera, gentle and inclusive. See script below.
Day 27, Saturday, Single (Social proof), Pillar 3, Social-Proof Post #4 HOOK (on image): "I began a bit of a skeptic. I am so grateful I kept showing up." CAPTION:
If part of you is skeptical, you are in good company. Tom was too:
"Began Rebuilders a bit of skeptic and unsure what I was doing there. I'm so grateful I kept showing up. It has been a tremendous gift in navigating one of the more challenging periods of my life." Tom
You do not have to arrive a believer. You just have to show up. The rest follows.
Free 15-min call with Bob in bio. Boulder and Denver.
HASHTAG SET: D (proof) + E (local). VISUAL: review card. Pull "I'm so grateful I kept showing up" large.
Day 28, Sunday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "Our lives are woven together here." CAPTION:
"There are moments when the heart is generous, and then it knows that for better or worse our lives are woven together here, one with one another and with the place and all the living things." Wendell Berry
After a divorce, it is easy to feel like a loose thread, cut off from the life you had. But you are not separate. Your life is still woven in with other people, and there are rooms where you can feel that again.
That is what a group becomes: people choosing to be woven back together, one with another. When you are ready for it, we are here. In person, Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in bio.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: expansive, hopeful card, a soft Colorado-landscape tone band at the bottom is allowed (no faces, or a midlife figure seen small from behind looking at the view).
SPILLOVER DAYS (Days 29 to 30, to complete the month)
Day 29, Monday, Single (Quote post), Pillar 5 HOOK (on image): "A powerful vision for letting ourselves be seen." CAPTION:
"Daring Greatly is a practice and a powerful vision for letting ourselves be seen." Brene Brown
After a divorce, the safest-feeling move is to hide: keep the hard parts private, let people assume you are fine. Letting yourself be truly seen instead, mess and all, is the braver and far more healing choice.
You do not have to be seen alone in a crowd. You can be seen in a room that has you. Free self-test in bio. Boulder and Denver, since 1993.
HASHTAG SET: C (hope) + E (local). VISUAL: bold, warm quote card.
Day 30, Tuesday, Reel OR Carousel (your choice based on what filmed well), Pillar 2 + month recap energy HOOK (on-screen text): "When should I start rebuilding after a divorce? Five weeks out, or three years out?" CAPTION:
People ask if it is "too soon" or "too late." Here is the honest answer: there is no calendar for this.
In any given room, we have someone five weeks separated sitting next to someone three years out. Each one brings something. The newly-raw person reminds everyone how far they have come. The further-along person shows the newcomer it gets better. The mix is the medicine.
So whenever you are: it is the right time to start. Free self-test in bio to see where you are. Boulder and Denver, in person.
HASHTAG SET: A (divorce core) + E (local). VISUAL: Bob to camera (bonus Reel script below), or a simple carousel of "5 weeks out / 1 year out / 3 years out, all welcome." End on CTA.
4. Reel scripts (film straight from these, 30 to 45 seconds, Bob's voice)
Direction for all 8: Bob talks straight to camera, warm and unhurried, like he is talking to one person across a coffee table. Natural light, a warm room, terracotta or sage somewhere in frame. Burn the on-screen hook text in the first second (most people watch muted). Keep eye contact with the lens. End each with the same calm CTA energy: no hard sell.
Reel Script #1 (Day 2): "The first step is tiny on purpose"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Most people who need this never walk in the door."
"Most people who would benefit from a divorce recovery program never actually walk into one. And it is not because they do not need it. It is because when your whole life has just come apart, the idea of joining a ten-week group feels like climbing a mountain you do not have the legs for.
So we made the first step really small. Before you commit to anything, you and I just talk for fifteen minutes. On video. No pressure, no pitch, no obligation.
You tell me where you are. I tell you honestly whether this is the right fit for you right now. That is it.
If you have been wondering whether something like this could help you, that little call is how you find out. It is free, and it is in our bio. I would love to meet you."
Reel Script #2 (Day 5): "The thing your ex said that still loops"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "The thing your ex said when it ended, that still loops at 2am."
"Almost everyone I work with is carrying one particular sentence. The cruel thing their partner said in the very worst moment, right at the end. And it lodges in. It comes back at two in the morning, in your own voice, like it is just true.
I want you to hear this. That sentence was not a verdict on who you are. It was a wound, thrown by a person who was in their own worst moment.
You can learn to take it apart. To hear it, and recognize where it came from, and set it down. We do that work together, out loud, in a room that will not shame you for any of it.
If that sentence still runs you, you do not have to keep carrying it alone. Start with the free self-test in our bio. It will show you where you are."
Reel Script #3 (Day 9): "There is a map. It is a mountain."
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "There is an actual map for getting through a divorce."
"People think healing after a divorce is just about time passing. It is not. There is an actual map.
It comes from a psychologist named Bruce Fisher, and it looks like a mountain. You start down in denial, and you climb, step by step, all the way up to freedom. And along the way there are nineteen building blocks. Loneliness. Anger. Grief. Guilt. Self-worth. Openness. Each one is a real step, and every one of them is doable.
Here is the part that matters most: you do not climb it alone. You climb it with a small group of people who are on the exact same mountain.
We walk the whole thing together in ten weeks, in person, here in Boulder and Denver. Want to see which step you are standing on right now? The free self-test in our bio will tell you."
Reel Script #4 (Day 12): "Your couple friends disappeared"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Your couple friends disappeared after the divorce, didn't they."
"Here is a grief almost nobody warns you about. The marriage ends, and slowly, the friends you had as a couple just fade away. The dinner invitations stop. People pick sides without ever saying they are picking sides.
And I want you to know: it is almost never about malice. Friend groups reshape themselves around the new way things are. But it still hurts like a loss, because it is one.
Now here is the good news, and I have watched it happen for thirty years. The friendships you make when everyone in the room is in the same boat? Those tend to be the deepest friendships of your entire life. Our graduates say it over and over.
So come find your people. We are in Boulder and Denver, in person. There is a free self-test in our bio to help you see where you are starting from."
Reel Script #5 (Day 16): "What a free 15-minute call is actually like"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "What actually happens on a free 15-minute call with me?"
"When I say 'book a free fifteen-minute call,' a lot of people picture a high-pressure sales call. I get it. So let me tell you what it actually is.
It is fifteen minutes, on video, just the two of us talking. You tell me where you are and what you are facing. I listen. And then I give you my honest read on whether this is the right fit for you right now. Sometimes the honest answer is 'not yet,' and if that is true, I will tell you.
There is no pitch. No pressure. No commitment. It is just a real conversation with a real counselor who has been through this himself.
If you have been sitting on the fence, that call is exactly what it is for. It is free, it is in our bio, and there is no wrong way to start it."
Reel Script #6 (Day 19): "Who will take care of me when I am old and single?"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Who will take care of me when I am old and single?"
"There is a fear that shows up around two in the morning, somewhere past fifty, when the house is finally quiet. Who is going to take care of me when I am old? If something happened to me tonight, who would even know?
If you have felt that, you are not being dramatic, and you are not alone. It is one of the most common fears I hear in the room. It is just that almost nobody says it out loud.
And here is the thing: naming it is the first relief. And building real, lasting community, actual people in your life who would show up, that is the real answer to the fear. That is a huge part of what we build together.
You are not alone in this. The free self-test in our bio is a gentle first step. We are here, in person, in Boulder and Denver."
Reel Script #7 (Day 23): "Do I have to do the homework?"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Do I have to read the Bruce Fisher book to get anything out of this?"
"People get nervous about the homework. They imagine falling behind, like it is school. So here is the honest truth.
The magic was never the reading. The book is a good companion, and you do not have to be perfect at it. I have watched people who barely cracked it walk out completely changed. Because the real work does not happen on the page. It happens in the room, with your group, saying the true things out loud.
So if the thing holding you back is 'I do not have time to do it perfectly,' please let that go. You do not have to earn your spot with homework. You just have to show up.
Curious where you are starting from? The free self-test in our bio takes a couple of minutes. Come as you are."
Reel Script #8 (Day 26): "What if I am the one who left?"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "What if I am the one who left? Is this still for me?"
"Almost all the divorce content out there assumes you were blindsided, that it was done to you. But a lot of people come to me and ask, quietly, 'what if I am the one who left? Is this still for me?'
Yes. Completely.
Because leaving does not spare you the grief. You still lose a future you planned. You carry guilt, and second-guessing, and a strange kind of loneliness, rebuilding who you are without the clean story of having been wronged. That grief is real, and it is welcome here.
The room is for both of you. The person who left, and the person who was left, sitting in the same circle, healing the very same things.
Wherever you sit in your own story, you belong. Start with the free self-test in our bio."
BONUS Reel Script (Day 30 option): "When should I start? Five weeks or three years?"
ON-SCREEN HOOK: "Is it too soon, or too late, to start?"
"People ask me all the time: is it too soon? Or worse, is it too late? And the honest answer is, there is no calendar for this.
In any given group, I have got someone who separated five weeks ago sitting right next to someone who has been divorced for three years. And both of them belong there. The newly raw person reminds everyone in the room how far they have already come. And the person further along shows the newcomer, just by being there, that it really does get better.
The mix is the medicine. So whenever you are, right now, five weeks or five years, it is the right time to start.
The free self-test in our bio will show you where you are standing. We are in Boulder and Denver, and we would love to meet you."
5. Carousels (slide-by-slide text)
Design for all: cream or warm-white slides, terracotta headers, sage accent line, generous type, one idea per slide, swipe arrow cue on slides 1 to 2. Final slide is always the CTA. No faces required; if used, midlife only.
Carousel #1 (Day 3): The Four Forms of Divorce Shame
Source: why-do-i-feel-ashamed-of-my-divorce.md
- Slide 1: Why do I feel so ashamed of my divorce? (You are not imagining it. There are 4 kinds.) >>
- Slide 2: First, a relief: shame after divorce is almost universal. Naming it is how it starts to lose its grip. Here are the four most common forms.
- Slide 3: 1. The shame of failure. "I could not make my marriage work." As if a marriage is a test you pass or fail alone. It is not.
- Slide 4: 2. The shame of being misunderstood. Friends and family who have not been through it say the wrong thing, and you start to feel like the problem.
- Slide 5: 3. The shame of the story. The version of events other people believe, that you cannot fully control, and that does not match your truth.
- Slide 6: 4. The internalized parting criticism. The cruel thing your partner said at the end, replaying in your own voice as if it were a verdict.
- Slide 7: Here is the mechanism: shame gets all its power from being unspeakable. Said out loud, in a room that will not shame you back, it shrinks.
- Slide 8 (CTA): That room is what we do. In person, Boulder and Denver, since 1993. Curious where the loss is sitting in your life? Free self-test in our bio.
Carousel #2 (Day 10): What to Say to a Friend Going Through Divorce (Send This)
Source: for-friends-of-someone-going-through-divorce.md. Built to be DM-shared.
- Slide 1: Someone you love is going through a divorce and you do not know what to say. Save this. Send this. >>
- Slide 2: You are scared of saying the wrong thing, so you say nothing, and your silence reads as distance. Here is the roadmap.
- Slide 3: Do not try to fix it. You cannot. Trying to fix it makes them manage your discomfort on top of their own.
- Slide 4: Do say: "I do not know what to say, but I am here, and I am not going anywhere." Presence beats the perfect words every time.
- Slide 5: Do not say: "Everything happens for a reason," or "You are better off." Even if true someday, it erases what they feel right now.
- Slide 6: Keep showing up. Grief outlasts the casserole window. A text in month four matters more than a flood of them in week one.
- Slide 7: Ask, do not assume: "Do you want help thinking it through, or do you just want me to listen?" Then do that.
- Slide 8: Check in on the ordinary days. The Tuesday nights are harder than the big dates. A simple "thinking of you" lands.
- Slide 9 (CTA): And if you are the one going through it: there is a room full of people who already get it, in Boulder and Denver. Free 15-min call with Bob in our bio.
The actual carousel (as it'll be posted): the finished do-say / do-not-say slides in Bob's brand at their true 1080 x 1080 size. Scroll the row sideways to read all 8. The footer sits below the text on every slide, so the words never crowd the handle.

Carousel #3 (Day 17): Therapy and a Group Do Two Different Jobs
Source: therapy-and-divorce-recovery-together.md
- Slide 1: Therapy and a divorce-recovery group do two different jobs. Half our people do both. >>
- Slide 2: "I am already in therapy. Would a group be too much?" Almost every intro workshop. The answer is no. Here is why they fit together.
- Slide 3: Therapy goes deep on YOU. One-on-one, your history, your patterns, at your pace. Irreplaceable for that.
- Slide 4: A group gives you the thing therapy structurally cannot: a room of people walking the exact same road, at the same time.
- Slide 5: Therapy can feel like you are the only one. A group shows you, in real faces, that you are not. That alone changes things.
- Slide 6 (CTA): Many therapists refer their clients to us for exactly this reason. Doing the work already? This may be the missing piece. Free self-test in our bio. Boulder and Denver.
Carousel #4 (Day 24): What a Small Group Actually Is
Source: how-small-groups-work-in-rebuilding.md
- Slide 1: What actually happens inside a divorce-recovery group? (The engine of the whole program.) >>
- Slide 2: "Is it just people venting in a circle?" No. Here is the real structure, and why it is where the change happens.
- Slide 3: Small. 5 to 10 people. Small enough that you are never a face in a crowd, and everyone is known.
- Slide 4: Led, not winged. Two trained co-leaders per group, many of them graduates who climbed this themselves.
- Slide 5: A weekly rhythm. The same people, every week, for ten weeks. Trust builds because the room is consistent.
- Slide 6: A treat-each-other-as-family ethos. What is said in the room is held. Safety is the whole point.
- Slide 7 (CTA): This is the part people stay for, sometimes for years, often as friends for life. In person, Boulder and Denver, since 1993. Free self-test in our bio.
Optional 5th Carousel (bench, swap in if a Reel does not film well)
The 19 Building Blocks of Rebuilding (overview, then you can spin one block per week into its own future post). Source: the Fisher model / growth-plan Section 6d.
- Slide 1: There is a map for healing after divorce. It has 19 steps. Here is the whole mountain. >>
- Slides 2 to 8: Group the 19 blocks into stages: Denial. Loneliness. Guilt and rejection. Grief. Anger. Letting go. Self-worth. Transition. Openness and love. Freedom. (One stage per slide, plain-language one-liner each.)
- Final slide (CTA): We climb all 19 together, in 10 weeks, in person. Boulder and Denver. Free self-test in our bio to find your starting step.

The actual quote cards (as they'll be posted)
These are the finished Month 1 quote graphics in Bob's brand, rendered at their true 1080 x 1080 Instagram size, three of the six picked quotes (the other three run in Month 2).
The braver I am, the luckier I get.
Wholeness does not mean perfection. It means embracing brokenness as an integral part of life.
It is an act of courage to acknowledge our own uncertainty and sit with it for a while.
7. Social-proof posts (real review text to feature)
All four are real reviews from the live homepage googleReviews array (the public 293-review corpus). Feature the text verbatim. First name only.
| Day | Reviewer | Review text to feature (verbatim) |
|---|---|---|
| 6 | Nina | "Life changing in the best way during one of the worst times of my life. So grateful for Rebuilders!" |
| 13 | Jennifer | "Rebuilders was an amazing community. It helped me go through the difficult process of healing from my separation/divorce. It provided activities that made me feel part of a larger community and everyone was caring and supportive. I learned so much about myself and am ready for my next chapter. I would highly recommend this class." |
| 20 | Tanya | "Feeling frightened and alone during the divorce process, Rebuilders was recommended to me. A beautiful way to pull myself up and move forward. This seminar is a safe environment to unload, understand and find self compassion, not to mention the community of amazing people that come to surround you!" |
| 27 | Tom | "Began Rebuilders a bit of skeptic and unsure what I was doing there. I'm so grateful I kept showing up. It has been a tremendous gift in navigating one of the more challenging periods of my life." |
Story-frame review screenshots (use real ones): Nina (Day 4), Sarah Erwin (Day 25): "Rebuilders was incredibly supportive and informative, offering practical tools that helped me navigate a difficult transition with clarity and confidence, all with a community." Chris Congedo is also available: "The class and community structure really allowed me to explore all my emotions in a safe and supportive environment."
Recurring stat line for any proof post: "293 reviews. 4.96 stars. 9 years. 3,000+ rebuilt. The word people use most is recommend." (All verified from the synthesis.)
The actual social-proof cards (as they'll be posted)
Real 5-star Google reviews styled as Instagram review cards, in Bob's brand at their true 1080 x 1080 size. First name only. The card grows to fit the longer reviews, so the text never crowds the handle.
Life changing in the best way.
“Life changing in the best way during one of the worst times of my life. So grateful for Rebuilders!”
Friendships of this kind of depth are priceless beyond words.
“I will say it has been profound, looking at myself and digging in and really getting to the core of some of the things that are holding me back from being my most amazing self! I was quite surprised at the depth that the program leads you through. Making new seminar friendships of this kind of depth is priceless beyond words.”
8. Visual and workflow note
The hard imagery rule (read before making a single graphic)
- People read ~50 / midlife. The audience is women 30 to 60, averaging around 50. Every face shown must read that age. No 20s to 30s stock models, no glossy influencer look. Stock skews young by default, so screen hard for age and reject anything that looks like a yoga ad.
- Warm Colorado brand. Terracotta and sage on white or cream. Bright, light, hopeful. Never dark backgrounds, never corporate blue. Montserrat-style sans for headlines.
- Real, not AI. Use real photos of Bob, the real seminar room, real Colorado light. AI faces read as fake and break trust in a trust-based niche. (Texture backgrounds and abstract brand shapes are fine; faces and "people" should be real.)
- Hopeful, not depressing. Show the after as much as the during: a woman (midlife) looking at a mountain view, two friends laughing over coffee, a circle of chairs in warm lamplight. Name the hard feeling in words, but let the image carry hope.
- Composition. Generous negative space, one focal point, type that is legible on a phone at a glance. Quote cards: big type, lots of cream. Carousels: consistent template so the grid looks like one brand.
- Captions burned into Reels (most people watch muted), high contrast, bottom third kept clear of the on-screen UI.
Simple batch-and-review workflow
- Approve the month (this doc). Annette and Bob read it through. Mark any caption to soften, any quote or review to swap, any Reel topic Bob does not want to film. (Bob: flag anything that does not sound like you. The Reel scripts are written to be edited in your own words.)
- Batch-film the 8 Reels in ONE sitting. Same shirt is fine, or change once at the midpoint. Bob reads each script in his own voice, two takes each. About 60 to 90 minutes total. This is the single most important production step; if filming does not get batched, it does not happen.
- Batch-build the graphics in Canva. One quote-card template, one carousel template, one review-card template, all in terracotta and sage. Drop in the 9 quotes, 4 to 5 carousels, 4 review posts. A couple of hours.
- Caption + hashtag each post straight from this doc (they are finished). Attach the correct hashtag set per the rotation rule.
- Schedule the whole month in Meta Business Suite (free) or Later. Set the times. Done.
- Stories are live and lightweight, posted in the moment 3 to 5 days a week (polls, question stickers, behind the scenes, link stickers to the self-test). They do not need to be batched.
- Daily 15 minutes: reply to every comment and DM in Bob's voice, and comment supportively on 5 to 10 relevant local and niche posts. This is the unglamorous engine that actually grows a small account.
- Pin 3 posts after they go up: Reel #1 (the tiny-first-step / who-we-are), the Day 6 social-proof stat post, and Reel #5 (what the 15-min call is like). First impression for a new visitor: real method, real proof, easy first step.
What success looks like in Month 1 (set this expectation with Bob)
Not a follower spike. The leading indicators are non-follower reach climbing (the Reels are being shown to strangers) and saves plus shares per post rising (people are keeping and sending the content). Followers and booked calls follow those. Tie success to calls booked from Instagram, and add "How did you hear about us?" to the consult form so it is trackable.

Reel #1 uses the consult article's opening instead.
