This is the actual written content for the account, ready to film and schedule. It is the real thing, not a visual mockup gallery: every bio line, hashtag set, daily caption, Reel script, carousel slide, quote, and review is here in full for you and Bob to read and review.
What this is. Two complete months of finished Instagram content for @rebuilding_seminars. Each month is a full 30-day, per-diem plan: the exact captions to post, the Reel scripts Bob can read straight to camera, the slide-by-slide carousel text, the verified quote posts, and the real graduate-review posts. Every quote is pulled from the vetted quote library and every review is a real one from the 293-review corpus. Nothing here has been posted. The plan is to approve a month, then schedule it.
The words and the look, together. Each month is the words (captions, Reel scripts, carousel text) plus the finished visual examples right alongside them, so you can read a post and see what it'll look like in the feed. Month 1 includes the do-say / do-not-say carousel and the real-review cards, rendered at true Instagram size; the picked quote cards are split across both months.
Reviewing tip for Bob: the Reel scripts are written to be edited in your own words. Flag anything that does not sound like you, any caption to soften, and any quote or review to swap. Nothing posts automatically.
