SponsorLab Homepage Mockups

3 full redesigns, built from the live-site audit · 2026-07-14

← Back to hub

The live sponsorlab.ai sells the wrong business. It pitches a self-serve "AI Sponsorship Engine" for creators with 500K to 5M followers and gates its form at 200K followers or more. The actual business is a done-for-you sponsorship brokerage for mid-tier creators (50k to 500k), across six verticals, backed by a proprietary database of 136 creators, 365 brands, and 685 verified creator-to-sponsor payment links, earning a 15 to 20% success commission, at zero cost to brands.

Below are three complete homepage redesigns, each with its own layout, hierarchy, and tone. This is a pick-one review: open each mockup, look at it on desktop and phone, and tell me which direction to build out.

What all three fix

  • Repositioned entirely to the done-for-you brokerage story, no more "AI engine" self-serve pitch
  • Targets 50k to 500k creators everywhere, no "Tristan Hamm" placeholder, no 200K+ gate
  • Names all six verticals explicitly: outdoor/endurance, climbing, gravel & mountain biking, backcountry ski, nutrition & recovery, women's midlife health & fitness
  • A proof section built on the real numbers: 136 creators, 365 brands, 685 verified sponsor payment links, and proven-payer brands (onX, The North Face, Salomon, Garmin, Specialized, SRAM, Friction Labs)
  • A visible, distinct path for brands, the live site has zero brand-facing content today
  • Pink #d81b7a accent throughout, the current forest green is off-brand and dropped
  • No unsourced hero stats, every claim is evidence-backed or clearly labeled illustrative
  • An FAQ section that doubles as SEO and GEO content

Same fixes, three different organizing principles. Click through to view each as a full homepage.

A

Proof-First

Data-forward

The evidence database is the hero. Big stat tiles up top, a real (illustrative) verified-payment record, a proven-payer brand grid, and a two-path CTA. Credibility opens the argument before anything else does.

B

Two Doors

Creator vs. brand split

The creator-versus-brand split organizes the entire page: a split hero, then parallel tracks for "how it works" and FAQ, all the way down. Whichever door you walk through, you get a tailored path.

Your Agent in the Room

Warm, editorial, story-driven

SponsorLab as the human broker doing the work for you. A first-person letter, a narrative timeline of what we actually do, an editorial "if you're a brand" section, and proof woven into the story instead of dashboard tiles.

Each mockup is a standalone, password-gated preview page. None of these are live on sponsorlab.ai; nothing here has been deployed to the real site. Once a direction is picked, the next step is rebuilding the actual sponsorlab.ai homepage from it. See the full audit at the SponsorLab site roadmap.
