You make the content. We make the calls.
Sponsorship shouldn't be another job you didn't sign up for. SponsorLab is a done-for-you brokerage for creators with 50,000 to 500,000 followers across outdoor and endurance, climbing, gravel and mountain biking, backcountry ski, nutrition and recovery, and women's midlife health and fitness. We find the brands who already pay creators like you, we make the introduction, we handle the back and forth, and we only get paid when you do.
What we actually do
We learn who you are
Before we pitch anyone, we get to know your audience, your content style, and any brand relationships you've already built. We enrich that with our own database, so we already know which sponsors have paid people like you.
We match you against the evidence
Every brand we suggest is scored against 365 brands and 685 verified payment links, not just follower counts. A gravel racer gets matched to the component and nutrition brands already paying gravel racers. A menopause strength coach gets matched to the supplement and apparel brands already paying that audience.
We write the pitch and send it
We open with proof, not a cold ask.
We negotiate the terms
We price the deal against real market data (roughly $1,200 to $5,000 per post, more for YouTube integrations and larger cycling or health-brand budgets) and guide you up the value ladder from gifted product to a retainer.
We close it and watch the renewal date
We manage the contract, then track the anniversary so we can bring the same brand back next year, at a lower commission for you.
"Brand X already sponsors creators like you. Here's why your audience fits." This is the kind of line we open with on your behalf, illustrative, not a real pitch.
The beats we work
Six niches, one shared pool of brand buyers.
Outdoor & Endurance
Trail and ultrarunning, mountaineering and alpinism, hiking and backpacking, masters endurance. Our original beat, and still our densest evidence.
Climbing
Bouldering, sport, and alpine. A tight, credibility-first community where a warm intro means everything.
Gravel & Mountain Biking
Gravel, road, and MTB. One of the best-funded creator categories in active lifestyle right now.
Backcountry Ski
Backcountry and splitboard. Smaller, but high-intent and high-authenticity.
Nutrition & Recovery
The cross-cutting beat. One relationship here pays off across every other lane on this list.
Women's Midlife Health & Fitness
Menopause, strength, longevity. Built on the founder's own relationships in the space, not a cold list.
Proof, not promises
685 verified sponsor payments. 365 brands. 136 creators. We didn't make these numbers up, we built a database to track them.
Every match starts from a real, verified record: a creator, a brand, a paid partnership, confirmed from public posts, not self-reported or bought as an email list.
Brands with confirmed payments in our database include onX, The North Face, Salomon, and Garmin in outdoor and endurance, Specialized and SRAM in gravel and mountain biking, and Friction Labs in climbing.
You're already paying creators. Let us make the next introduction easier.
If you're reading this as a marketer, you already know the mid-tier creator is the hard one to find well. Macro talent is expensive and can feel generic. Nano creators need scale you don't have time to manage one by one. The 50,000 to 500,000 range is where the authentic, credible voice actually lives, and it's the range our whole database is built around.
We don't charge you anything to be matched. We're paid by the creator, as a success commission, only when a deal closes. So when we bring you a name, it's because the evidence says it fits, not because we need your budget to eat.
Tell us your category and the audience you want, and we'll come back with creators pulled from a roster of 136, each with a payment history we can actually show you.
Ask us for a matchQuestions we get asked
How do mid-tier creators get sponsorships?
Most creators with 50,000 to 500,000 followers get sponsorships through slow, manual outreach: cold emails, guesswork about who to pitch, and no way to prove a brand already pays creators like them. We replace that guesswork with a verified database of creator-to-brand payments, so every pitch we send opens with proof instead of a cold introduction.
What does a sponsorship broker actually do?
We source the matches, write and send the outreach, negotiate rates and deliverables, and manage the contract, on your behalf. You keep making content. We run the sales process in the background.
Do brands pay to be matched with creators?
No. It costs a brand nothing to be matched or introduced. We earn our fee only from the creator side, as a commission when a deal closes, so we have no reason to push a bad fit just to collect from you.
How much commission do you take?
15 to 20%, only on deals we actually close. No upfront cost, no retainer requirement, and nothing owed if nothing closes.
