The list is split into two tracks. The top track is Bob's tasks, the ones only you can do. The bottom track is Charlie's execution queue, the public posts Charlie handles for you, so they don't land in your daily email.

Subject: Our fall seminar starts Sept 20, and I have one small ask

Dear Rebuilding Alums,

Our fall 10-week seminar starts Sunday, Sept 20 in Niwot, and registration is open. Early-bird tuition is $1,099 through Friday, July 24, then $1,200.

Here's my ask, and it's a small one: forward this email to ONE person in your life who's going through a divorce or separation right now. You remember what that first night felt like, and what it took to walk in the door. Someone you know is standing where you stood, and a note from you will reach them in a way no ad ever could.

If they're not ready for the full seminar, that's okay. Everyone joins Rebuilding at the right time for them. A $30 intro workshop or a free 15-minute call with me is a gentle first step.

Thank you for being the reason this community keeps growing.

Rebuilding together,
Bob

Rebuilding Friends, our fall seminar starts Sunday, Sept 20 in Niwot, and early-bird tuition is $1,099 through Friday, July 24 (then $1,200). You all know someone who's hurting this year. If one name came to mind just now, send them this post, or better, tell them your story. Nobody speaks for this program better than the people who lived it. Rebuilding together, Bob

Hi [name], it's Bob from Rebuilding. I'm putting together the fall seminar (starts Sept 20) and I keep thinking about the people who made the last one what it was, which includes you. Is there one person in your life going through a divorce right now who you'd feel good introducing me to? No pitch, I promise. Just a conversation if they want one.

Subject: Fall Rebuilding seminar dates for your clients

Hi there,

It's Bob Manthy at Rebuilding Seminars. I wanted you to have our fall dates in case a client comes to mind.

The fall 10-week seminar starts Sunday, Sept 20, with cohorts in Niwot and in Cherry Creek in Denver. Early-bird tuition is $1,099 through Friday, July 24, then $1,200. We also run $30 intro workshops, an easy low-commitment first step for someone who isn't sure yet.

Rebuilding isn't therapy, and it isn't meant to replace the work you do. It's a structured 10-week program built on Bruce Fisher's Rebuilding framework, plus a graduate community that keeps supporting people long after the last class. Over three hundred Google reviewers have given us 5.0 stars, and many of them first heard about us from a counselor like you.

If you'd like a few intro-workshop cards for your office, or 15 minutes on the phone to hear how the program complements therapy, just reply to this email.

Thank you for the clients you've trusted us with over the years.

Bob Manthy

Suggested script (read once, then riff)
  1. 0 to 10 sec: "Hi, I'm Bob from Rebuilding Seminars. Our fall seminar starts Sunday, September 20, and I want to tell you what the first night is actually like."
  2. 10 to 30 sec: Paint the room. "There's coffee, there's a nametag, and there's a room of thirty people who all almost didn't come. By the end of the night, most of them are glad they did."
  3. 30 to 45 sec: The reassurance. "You share only what you're ready to share. Nobody's put on the spot, nobody's forced to talk."
  4. 45 to 55 sec: The facts. "It's a 10-week program. Early-bird tuition is $1,099 through July 24, then $1,200."
  5. 55 to 60 sec: The invite. "Come rebuild with people who get it. We start September 20, and I hope I see you there."

How to do it

Skim the page (the search box helps), then text or email Annette the reviewer names of your 3 favorites. That's it; we build the homepage band from there.

Hi [name], Bob here. Your Google review meant a lot to me. Would you be up for posting it (or a shorter version) as a recommendation on Facebook or Nextdoor? That's where Boulder folks actually ask "does anyone know someone for this," and your words could be how someone hurting finds us. Easiest way: open your Google review, copy the text, and paste it as a post. Two minutes, and it makes a real difference. Thank you.

Honest question for you all: what almost stopped you from signing up for Rebuilding? The cost, the group thing, the timing, telling people about it? I'm asking because someone out there is stuck on the same thing right now, and your answer might be what gets them through the door. Rebuilding together, Bob

Any format works: Word docs, PDFs, emails forwarded straight from your sent folder, even phone photos of printed letters. Email them to Annette, or drop everything in one folder and tell her where it is. Don't edit or organize anything; we'll do the sorting.

How to do it

Charlie has 10 short scripts ready, about 60 to 90 seconds each. Read each once to get comfortable, then record in a quiet, well-lit spot on your phone. Batch three or four in one sitting, send the clips to Annette, and she handles editing, captions, and posting. Perfect isn't the goal; warm and real is.

#36
How to do it

Each week Annette sends a short batch of Instagram posts and Facebook group posts. Skim them, reply "yes" or note any edits, and they get scheduled. Budget about five minutes a week. Nothing posts to your accounts without your yes.

#37
How to do it

Charlie will bring two or three ad concepts: who it targets, the image, the copy, and a suggested daily budget. Nothing spends a dollar until you say yes to both the message and the amount. Reply with the one you like, or "not yet."

#38
How to do it

Tell Annette your goal: a full move, or just booking and CRM while the site stays where it is. She'll map the current pages to GoHighLevel and flag anything that would lose search ranking or break, before anything moves. You get a plan first; nothing changes on the live site without your go-ahead.

Our fall 10-week Rebuilding seminar starts Sunday, September 20, 2026, with groups in Niwot and in Cherry Creek in Denver. Early-bird tuition is $1,099 through Friday, July 24, then $1,200. If divorce or the end of a long relationship has turned your life upside down, you don't have to work through it alone. Over three hundred Google reviewers have rated the program 5.0 stars, and our graduate community keeps supporting you long after the ten weeks end.

Paste that list to Charlie and he'll build Bob's daily email from it.
