Your next 90 days

Here's the whole plan as a calm, in-order sequence. It runs as three gentle tracks at once, so nothing waits on everything else. And remember: most of this isn't on your plate. Your job stays the room.

The shape of it

Three tracks run side by side. One rebuilds the website, one polishes your brand and local presence, and one grows the community. They overlap on purpose, so by the time the new site is live, your Google listing is already sharper and the community space is already warming up.

Track A: the website (the main one)

  1. Weeks 1 to 2 A short kickoff. You answer some discovery questions, we lock the direction. Out of it: a clear strategy and the brand options to pick from.
  2. Weeks 3 to 4 Choose the look, write the words. The homepage and a few key pages get their final copy in your voice.
  3. Weeks 5 to 6 Sketch the layout and do a photo shoot, so we have 15 to 25 real, warm photos of you and the space.
  4. Weeks 7 to 10 Build it. The new site comes together with the booking flow built in.
  5. Weeks 11 to 12 Final checks and launch, with every existing Google ranking carefully carried over to the new site.

Track B: brand, local, and analytics (in parallel)

  1. Week 1 Turn the visitor analytics back on, so every later decision rests on real numbers.
  2. Weeks 1 to 2 The two-hour Google Business Profile refresh, and start tidying your address everywhere online.
  3. Weeks 2 to 3 The photo shoot (shared with the website track).
  4. Weeks 4 to 12 Write a handful of local pages and the first graduate stories.

Track C: the community (in parallel, longer tail)

  1. Weeks 2 to 3 Stand up a simple community space and invite your alumni in.
  2. Week 4 Open a "waiting room" space so people who book can start to belong before the cohort even begins.
  3. Around the next cohort The new group starts with its own private space.
  4. Months 4 to 12 Add a mentors program, a monthly "ask Bob," and reunion planning, the long, warm tail.

The content rhythm, once you're live

  • Two posts a week, one mid-week and one at the end, all pointing to the free call.
  • One graduate story a month. These are the most persuasive pages you'll ever publish.
  • Each piece does double duty: newsletter, a Google post, and a social cut.

What it costs, plainly

The first 90 days run roughly $18,000 to $28,000, depending on how fancy the photography is and whether you do the bigger site rebuild now or later. That range covers outside vendors only: photography, the site build, software subscriptions, a compliance review, and optional local PR.

Lighter pathabout $18k
Fuller pathabout $28k

Two reassurances. First, that total is designed to pay for itself inside a single cohort at your current $1,200 tuition. Second, paid advertising is not in this number and not required, it's an optional accelerator you can add or skip entirely.

And the part that's a gift: the strategy, the writing, the brand work, the project management, and the ongoing coordination. That's not a line item. You're not paying for the audit, the planning, or the hours of coordination. That's a gift to you and to the program.

So, what's the very first step?

Nothing big. Just a short kickoff conversation to answer a handful of questions about the program, about you, and about what you want next. Everything above flows from there, and you'll never be doing it alone. You've already built the hard part. This is just helping the world see it.
