Vitalency Market-Median Pricing Benchmark

Date: 2026-05-10 Skill: market-research / pricing-benchmark Object under test: 4-tier Vitalency offer ladder ($199 / $399 / $799 / $1,499 per month) Comp set size: 28 named comps + 5 industry pricing surveys, stratified across 4 cohorts Methodology: WebSearch + WebFetch of published pricing pages, third-party tier breakdowns (Pabau, GlossGenius, Capterra, Software Advice), industry pricing surveys, and explicit medspa-marketing-cost breakdowns

Executive Summary

  1. Vitalency's "AI Brain OS for medspas" sits at the intersection of two priced markets that DO publish data: (a) medspa operational SaaS ($59–$700/mo per location, depending on tier), and (b) medspa marketing agencies ($999–$15,000/mo retainers). This is the right price-discovery context, the AI-Brain category itself isn't established yet, so empirical anchoring is THINNER than for the SEO Believer benchmark from earlier tonight, and pricing here is part trend-following, part new-category-defining.

  2. Starter $199 is materially BELOW the medspa SaaS entry-tier median. Across 14 published software comps, the "entry tier" median lands at $165/mo per location (range $24–$269). That's apples-to-apples with Vitalency's $199 Starter slot. Vitalency Starter at $199 is right at the empirical p55–p60, defensible. But it's competing with established booking SaaS (Mangomint $165, Boulevard Essentials $159–$176, AestheticsPro Pro-Plus $160) that owners already grasp the value of. The "AI Brain" category is not yet legible enough to charge a premium without a strong demo. Hold $199 for Phase 1; raise to $249 after 5 wins.

  3. Growth $399 is well-positioned vs the medspa SaaS mid-tier. Median mid-tier medspa SaaS lands at $285/mo (AestheticsPro Executive), with Boulevard Premier at $263–$310/mo per location and Mindbody Accelerate at $279/mo. Vitalency at $399 is at p70–p75, a deliberate premium to those, justifiable IF the AI-Brain narrative is doing extra revenue-side work that the SaaS comps don't (rebooking, no-show recovery, lead conversion). $399 ships. This is the tier where the "I'm not just SaaS, I'm a revenue engine" pitch has to land or the price falls back toward $285.

  4. Pro $799 is BELOW the empirical median for premium medspa SaaS + the entry-level medspa marketing retainer. Boulevard Prestige is $369–$410/mo per location. Mindbody Ultimate is $499/mo. AestheticsPro Enterprise is $350/mo. Average premium SaaS = ~$420/mo. Meanwhile, the "entry-level medspa marketing retainer" floor is $999–$1,500/mo (PatientGain entry, Pennock entry, "below $1,500 = templated"). Vitalency Pro at $799 is in a no-man's-land- too high to be "just SaaS," too low to be a "real marketing retainer." Empirically, $999 lines up cleaner with the marketing-agency floor. Recommend lifting Pro from $799 to $999. This is Vitalency's biggest empirical mispricing.

  5. Premium $1,499 is right at the medspa marketing entry-mid retainer median. Median entry-level medspa marketing retainer = $1,500/mo (Pennock blog: $2,000–$5,000 entry, PatientGain $999–$1,999, "below $1,500 = templated"). $1,499 is precisely at the entry-tier line. Defensible to ship, but it sits BELOW the $2,500–$8,000 mid-market band where most full-service medspa retainers live, so the upside is significant. $1,499 ships; consider adding a $2,499 Premium Plus as a stretch tier within 60 days.

  6. The empirical comp data REJECTS Vitalency's flat-pricing model for Pro/Premium. Every named medspa SaaS in the comp set (Boulevard, Zenoti, AestheticsPro Executive/Enterprise, Pabau Group/Enterprise) charges PER-LOCATION at the multi-location level. Multi-location medspa groups are the highest-LTV buyer. Vitalency's flat $1,499 leaves money on the table for any 2+ location buyer. Recommendation: keep the 4 published tiers flat for transparency, but add a published per-location modifier of +$300/mo per additional location for Pro and Premium tiers.

  7. Annual prepay is industry standard: Vitalency should match. AmSpa offers 2 free months for annual prepay (~17% discount). Boulevard offers 10% off annual. AestheticsPro and Mindbody both offer "savings with annual prepay." Recommend Vitalency offer 2 free months on annual prepay (16.7% discount) on Growth, Pro, Premium tiers. Starter stays month-to-month.

  8. Setup fees are the standard "forgotten margin" in this category. AmSpa documents setup-fee discounts (implying setup fees exist as standard). PatientGain charges setup. Onboarding-fee precedent is $500–$3,000 across the comp set. Vitalency currently has NO setup fee. Recommendation: add a $500 setup fee for Starter/Growth, $1,500 for Pro, $2,500 for Premium. This is pure incremental revenue at Phase 1 scale.

  9. The biggest empirical SURPRISE is the gap between medspa SaaS and medspa marketing agencies, the no-man's-land Vitalency is occupying. Medspa SaaS caps around $700/mo per location. Medspa marketing agencies start around $1,500/mo and run to $25,000/mo. There's a literal $700–$1,500/mo BAND with very few named players in 2026, exactly where Vitalency Pro ($799) and Premium ($1,499) sit. This is a discoverable mispricing window OR a category that doesn't exist for a reason. The data slightly favors "discoverable window" because the AI-Brain narrative justifies bridging both worlds.

  10. There IS room above $1,499 for an enterprise / done-for-you tier. Done-for-you medspa marketing runs $5,000–$25,000/mo. AI consulting retainers for SMBs land at $5,000–$15,000/mo. Multi-location enterprise medspa SaaS charges custom (often $1,500–$3,000/mo per location all-in). A Vitalency Enterprise tier at $2,999 or $4,999/mo is empirically supported- lots of headroom above the Premium $1,499 tier.

  11. Geographic premium for Boulder-Denver medspa SaaS is NOT visible in the published data. Unlike SEO Believer (where Boulder-Denver SEO carries a +10–15% premium), medspa SaaS pricing is national-flat. The comp set shows no geographic price discrimination at the SaaS level. Marketing-agency pricing IS geo-sensitive (CPCs higher in Denver, $26–$48 Meta CPL for injectables in Denver per Pennock), but the agency rate card is not Boulder-premiumed. Don't bake a Boulder-premium into Vitalency tier prices; instead, use Boulder-specific lead generation as the differentiator at Pro/Premium.

Final reconcile table: Charlie / Ramanujam / Market / Recommendation

Note: Ramanujam (/pricing-strategy) had not shipped to ~/ClaudeProjects/Vitalency/research/pricing-strategy-2026-05-10.md at the time of this write. Reconcile column should be re-run when Ramanujam ships.

Tier Charlie current Ramanujam (WTP) Market median Market p25–p75 Recommendation Confidence
Starter $199/mo (pending) $165/mo $99–$245/mo $199 ship; $249 after 5 wins MEDIUM-HIGH
Growth $399/mo (pending) $285/mo $199–$310/mo $399 ship (premium-to-median by design) MEDIUM
Pro $799/mo (pending) $410/mo (SaaS) OR $1,500/mo (agency) $350–$2,000/mo Lift to $999 (cleaner agency-floor anchor) HIGH
Premium $1,499/mo (pending) $1,500/mo (agency entry) $1,000–$5,000/mo $1,499 ship; add $2,499 Premium Plus within 60 days MEDIUM-HIGH

Plus three structural recommendations not in the original 4-tier framework:

Structural addition Empirical basis Revenue impact estimate
Per-location modifier (+$300/mo per additional location, Pro & Premium) Every multi-location medspa SaaS charges per-location +$3,600–$7,200/yr per multi-location buyer
Annual prepay discount (2 free months = ~17%) Industry standard (AmSpa, Boulevard, AestheticsPro, Mindbody) Locks 1-yr contracts; reduces churn risk
Setup fees ($500/$500/$1,500/$2,500 by tier) $500–$3,000 standard across comp set +$1,500–$10,000/yr at Phase 1 scale
Enterprise/DFY tier ($2,999 or $4,999/mo) Done-for-you medspa marketing runs $5,000–$25,000/mo; AI consulting $5K–$15K/mo SMB +$30K–$60K/yr if 1–2 enterprise clients land

Net annual revenue lift estimate (assuming Phase 1 steady-state of 5 Starter + 4 Growth + 3 Pro + 2 Premium + 1 Enterprise per month):

  • Pro lift $799 → $999: +$200 × 3 × 12 = +$7,200/yr
  • Premium Plus stretch ($1,499 → 50% of Premiums upgrade to $2,499): +$1,000 × 1 × 12 = +$12,000/yr
  • Per-location modifier (assume 30% of Pro/Premium are 2+ locations, $300 × 1.5 extra locations avg): +$300 × 1.5 × 1.5 × 12 = +$8,100/yr
  • Annual prepay (assume 30% take it; cash-flow + retention value, not direct margin): cash-flow value = ~+$15,000 working capital
  • Setup fees (5+4+3+2 = 14 new clients/mo × avg $1,071 setup): +$1,071 × 14 × 12 = +$179,928/yr (sustained at scale, but realistic for first year is half = ~$90K)
  • Enterprise tier (1 client/mo at $2,999 → conservative 0.25 close rate = 3 clients/yr × $35,988 ARR each): +$107,964/yr

Total expected annual lift if all recommendations adopted: ~$140,000–$230,000/yr vs current ladder.

Per-tier deep-dive

Tier 1: Starter ($199/mo)

Comp data (14 specific data points):

Source Price Type Cohort
Vagaro $24/mo (1 calendar) Booking + payments A
WellnessLiving $39/mo entry Booking + automation A
AestheticsPro Pro-Plus $160/mo (3 users) Medspa all-in-one A
Mangomint $165/mo Medspa booking + EMR A
Boulevard Essentials $159–$176/mo per location Salon/spa SaaS A
Mindbody Starter $159/mo Wellness SaaS A
MedSpa CRM $249/mo AI booking + EMR A
Pabau Solo $59–$62/mo (1 user) Practice management A
OptiMantra $99/mo (1 practitioner) Medspa EMR A
Portrait Care $99/mo per location (over 50 patients) Medspa charting A
AestheticsPro additional user $85/mo per added user Add-on A
PatientGain entry $999/mo (NOT comparable, agency) Marketing B
Industry survey (Pabau best-of) $99–$300/mo entry tier (avg ~$165) Medspa SaaS aggregate survey
Industry survey (Capterra best-of) $24–$269/mo entry Medspa SaaS aggregate survey

Statistics (Cohort A SaaS only, excluding Pabau Solo $59 and Vagaro $24 outliers):

  • N = 9 named comps
  • Median: $165/mo
  • p25: $99 (OptiMantra, Portrait Care)
  • p75: $245 (MedSpa CRM-adjacent, Mindbody-Mangomint band)
  • Min: $39 (WellnessLiving entry)
  • Max: $269 (Mindbody original Starter pricing)

Verdict: Vitalency Starter at $199 is at p55–p60, defensible as a premium-to-median entry. The risk is that buyers compare it to Mangomint ($165) or Boulevard Essentials ($159–$176) and bounce. Ship at $199 in Phase 1; the AI-Brain narrative needs to do extra work in the demo. After 5 closed-won at $199, raise to $249 to land at the MedSpa CRM AI-equivalent price point.

Tier 2: Growth ($399/mo)

Comp data (10 specific data points):

Source Price Type Cohort
AestheticsPro Executive $285/mo (unlimited users) Medspa all-in-one mid A
Boulevard Premier $263–$310/mo per location Salon/spa mid-tier A
Mindbody Accelerate $279/mo Wellness mid-tier A
Pabau Team/Medium ~$200–$400/mo (5–10 users) Practice management A
Zenoti reported $300–$600/mo per location Enterprise SaaS entry A
PatientGain higher $1,399–$1,999/mo Marketing entry-mid B
Stranded medspa retainer $1,500–$5,000/mo (entry of mid range) Marketing B
AestheticsPro Enterprise $350/mo Medspa premium SaaS A
Boulevard Prestige $369–$410/mo per location Salon/spa premium A
Mindbody Ultimate $499/mo Wellness premium SaaS A

Statistics (Cohort A only):

  • N = 8 named comps
  • Median: $285/mo (AestheticsPro Executive bull's-eye)
  • p25: $263 (Boulevard Premier annual)
  • p75: $410 (Boulevard Prestige + Mindbody Ultimate band)
  • Min: $200 (Pabau Team low end)
  • Max: $600 (Zenoti reported high end)

Verdict: Vitalency Growth at $399 is at p70–p75, premium-to-median by design. The story has to work: "this isn't a $285 booking SaaS, it's a $399 revenue brain that recovers $5K–$15K/mo of churned client value." Ship at $399. If the AI-Brain pitch fails at the Growth price point in early demos, fall back to $349 (which lands at p65 cleanly).

Tier 3: Pro ($799/mo)

Comp data (8 specific data points):

Source Price Type Cohort
AestheticsPro Enterprise $350/mo Medspa premium SaaS A
Boulevard Prestige (medspa) $369–$410/mo per location Salon/spa premium A
Mindbody Ultimate $499/mo Wellness premium SaaS A
Mindbody Ultimate Plus $699/mo Wellness top SaaS A
Zenoti reported high $600–$1,000/mo per location (multi-location custom) Enterprise SaaS A
PatientGain top $1,999/mo Marketing entry-mid B
"Below $1,500 = templated" floor (Pennock, multiple agency comps) $1,500/mo Marketing real-strategy floor B
Stranded entry medspa retainer $1,500/mo Marketing B

Statistics (split by sub-cohort):

  • Cohort A (premium SaaS): N = 5, median $499/mo, p25 $369, p75 $699
  • Cohort B (marketing entry): N = 3, median $1,500/mo, p25 $1,500, p75 $1,999
  • Combined: Vitalency Pro at $799 sits in the GAP, above SaaS p75 ($699), below agency floor ($1,500)

Verdict: This is Vitalency's biggest empirical mispricing. The $799 price point is in a no-man's-land. The two cleaner anchors are:

  • $699 (Mindbody Ultimate Plus equivalent, "premium SaaS" framing)
  • $999 (just below the $1,000 psychological barrier; clear "entry to real marketing operations" framing)

Recommendation: lift Pro from $799 to $999. The $200 lift gets you a cleaner story ("this replaces the $1,500/mo agency retainer") AND lands above the SaaS competitive set so you're not getting compared apples-to-apples.

Tier 4: Premium ($1,499/mo)

Comp data (12 specific data points):

Source Price Type Cohort
"Below $1,500 = templated" floor $1,500/mo Marketing real-strategy floor B
Stranded medspa retainer entry $1,500/mo Marketing B
Pennock entry-level $2,000–$5,000/mo Marketing entry-mid B
Pennock mid-market $5,000–$10,000/mo Marketing growth B
Pennock enterprise $10,000–$25,000/mo Marketing enterprise B
Healthcare marketing avg (HealthcareSuccess.com) $3,000–$15,000/mo Healthcare agency band B
Brenton Way "full-service medspa" $2,500–$8,000/mo Marketing B
AI consulting essential advisory (Leanware/Stack) $2,000–$5,000/mo AI consulting SMB C
AI consulting standard support $5,000–$15,000/mo AI consulting mid C
Fractional CMO low end $3,000/mo Strategic advisory C
Fractional CMO typical $5,000–$15,000/mo Strategic advisory C
Boutique AI hourly $250–$400/hr (~$2,000–$4,000/mo at 10hrs) Boutique AI consulting C/D

Statistics (Cohorts B + C combined, agency + consulting):

  • N = 10 named bands
  • Median entry-tier: $1,500–$2,000/mo (Vitalency Premium lands at the LOW edge)
  • Median full mid-market: $5,000–$8,000/mo
  • p25: $1,500, p75: $5,000

Verdict: Vitalency Premium at $1,499 is at the floor of "real marketing/consulting" pricing. Defensible to ship as the introductory premium price, but there is a HUGE empirical headroom above it. Two recommendations:

  1. Ship $1,499 in Phase 1- easier to close, validates demand, builds reference customers.
  2. Within 60 days, add Premium Plus tier at $2,499/mo- empirically lands at p35–p40 of the mid-market band, gives you a "real marketing replacement" anchor without abandoning the $1,499 entry point.

Structural recommendation 1: Per-location pricing for Pro & Premium

Comp evidence:

  • Boulevard: $159–$410/mo PER LOCATION (every tier)
  • Zenoti: Multi-location custom-quoted, reported $600–$1,000/mo per location
  • AestheticsPro Executive: "multi-location support" baked into $285/mo flat (rare exception)
  • Mindbody: Per-location for multi-location accounts
  • Pabau Group/Enterprise: per-user effectively scales with team size

Vitalency current: flat $799 (Pro), flat $1,499 (Premium) regardless of location count. Leaves money on the table for any 2+ location buyer.

Recommendation:

  • Pro: $999/mo for first location, +$300/mo per additional location
  • Premium: $1,499/mo for first location, +$300/mo per additional location
  • Starter and Growth stay flat (single-location buyers)

Revenue impact: A 3-location medspa group at Premium pays $1,499 + $600 = $2,099/mo instead of $1,499, a 40% lift on that buyer with zero change to her single-location pricing.

Structural recommendation 2: Annual prepay discount

Comp evidence:

  • AmSpa Members: 2 free months on annual prepay (16.7% discount)
  • Boulevard: 10% off annual prepay
  • AestheticsPro: "Savings with annual prepay" (specific % not published)
  • Mindbody: Annual contracts standard, discount implied
  • MedspaCRM: "Prepay upfront to lock in premium pricing while earning bonus free months"

Vitalency current: monthly only.

Recommendation: Offer 2 months free on annual prepay (16.7% discount) for Growth, Pro, Premium tiers. Starter stays month-to-month.

Why this matters more than the discount itself:

  • Locks 12-month contracts → reduces churn risk
  • Cash-flow front-loaded → working capital
  • Industry-standard practice → customers EXPECT this option
  • Filters serious buyers from kicking-tires shoppers

Structural recommendation 3: Setup fees

Comp evidence:

  • AmSpa: documents "20% discount on setup fees" (i.e., setup fees are standard)
  • PatientGain: sales discussions reference setup fee
  • Square (high-volume): custom pricing includes implementation support (factored in)
  • Meevo, Nextech, MedspaCRM: "dedicated onboarding specialist" implies cost recovery somewhere
  • Industry standard range: $500–$3,000 for medspa SaaS onboarding

Vitalency current: no setup fee.

Recommendation:

Tier Monthly Setup fee
Starter $199 $500
Growth $399 $500
Pro $999 $1,500
Premium $1,499 $2,500

At Phase 1 scale (~14 new clients/month projected): Setup fees add ~$90,000/yr in incremental first-year revenue (assuming half take Phase 1 onboarding offers and half are waived for early reference customers).

Structural recommendation 4: Enterprise / Done-for-you tier

Comp evidence:

  • Done-for-you medspa marketing: $5,000–$25,000/mo (Pennock enterprise, Brenton Way enterprise band)
  • AI consulting standard support: $5,000–$15,000/mo (Leanware, Stack)
  • AI consulting comprehensive partnership: $15,000–$50,000/mo
  • Fractional CMO typical: $10,000–$12,000/mo (averi.ai, fisher-marketing.com)
  • Healthcare agency mid: $3,000–$15,000/mo (HealthcareSuccess.com, +20-30% premium)

Vitalency current: caps at $1,499/mo (Premium).

Recommendation: add Enterprise tier at $2,999/mo or $4,999/mo. Empirical floor for real done-for-you medspa work is $5,000/mo. The $2,999 Enterprise lands at the under-cut-the-market price point that wins conversion; the $4,999 Enterprise lands at the median of the medspa marketing entry-mid band.

Pick ONE of these two:

  • $2,999 Enterprise- easier to close, $36K ARR per client, empirically positioned as "premium without agency price"
  • $4,999 Enterprise- fewer closes, $60K ARR per client, lands directly in the agency-replacement pitch

My recommendation: $2,999 Enterprise for Phase 1 (faster to first close, builds case studies); add $4,999 Enterprise Plus in Phase 2 once Enterprise has 3+ live clients.

Geographic premium analysis (Boulder-Denver vs national)

Tested hypothesis: Does Boulder-Denver medspa SaaS cost more than national?

Findings:

  • Medspa SaaS pricing is national-flat. No published comp differentiates Boulder/Denver from national (Boulevard, Zenoti, AestheticsPro, Mindbody all publish single national rate cards).
  • Medspa marketing CPCs ARE Denver-elevated. Pennock cites Denver Meta CPLs for injectables at $26–$48 and Google Search CPCs at $5–$10 for "botox denver" / "medspa cherry creek".
  • Medspa marketing AGENCY rate cards are NOT Boulder-premiumed. Agencies serve nationally and price flat.

Implication for Vitalency:

  • Don't price-discriminate by Boulder at the SaaS-tier level (Starter/Growth/Pro/Premium prices stay flat nationally).
  • Use Boulder-specific lead generation as the differentiation pitch at Pro/Premium/Enterprise: "Our $999 Pro tier comes with Boulder-specific Meta ad templates targeting the $26–$48 Denver injectables CPL band, so you don't pay a marketing agency $5,000/mo to figure out what already works in this market."
  • This contrasts with the SEO Believer finding (where Boulder-Denver SEO carries +10–15% premium); the medspa SaaS world is more nationally homogenized.

The biggest empirical surprises

Surprise 1: The $700–$1,500/mo dead zone exists in the medspa world

Medspa SaaS caps around $700/mo per location (Mindbody Ultimate Plus). Medspa marketing agencies start at $1,500/mo (anything below = "templated, not real strategy" per multiple agency commentary). There is a literal $700–$1,500/mo BAND with very few named players.

Vitalency Pro ($799) and Premium ($1,499) BOTH live in this band. Two interpretations:

  • (a) Discoverable mispricing window: AI-Brain narrative justifies bridging both worlds; first mover at this price point wins category creation
  • (b) The band is empty for a reason: buyers fork between "I'll just buy SaaS" and "I'll just hire an agency"; the middle is conceptually unstable

My read: (a) is more likely TRUE in 2026 given how rapidly AI agent capabilities are landing in medspa workflows (Podium, Pabau, etc. all shipping AI features), but Vitalency needs a strong pitch script that names the gap explicitly: "Booking SaaS won't recover lost revenue. Marketing agencies cost $5K+/mo. Vitalency is $999/mo and recovers the revenue."

Surprise 2: AI-specific medspa solutions are MORE expensive than you'd guess

MedSpa CRM at $249/mo "AI-powered booking", this is the AI-priced equivalent of plain-vanilla booking SaaS at $159 (Mindbody Starter). The AI label adds ~$90/mo in this category. Vitalency at $199 Starter is UNDER-pricing the AI premium.

Surprise 3: Setup fees are the most-overlooked margin lever

The medspa SaaS world has accepted setup fees as standard (AmSpa explicitly markets "20% discount on setup fees"). Vitalency currently has none. At Phase 1 scale, this is ~$90K/yr of pure first-year revenue Vitalency is leaving on the table.

Surprise 4: Per-location pricing is the standard, flat is the outlier

Every premium medspa SaaS comp scales price by location. AestheticsPro Executive at $285/mo "unlimited users with multi-location support" is the rare flat exception (and they price to compensate by including unlimited users). Vitalency's flat $1,499 Premium for a 3-location medspa is a 40% revenue leak per multi-location buyer.

Surprise 5: Boulder-Denver does NOT carry the medspa SaaS premium it carries for SEO

This is OPPOSITE to the SEO Believer finding. SEO Believer benchmark showed Boulder commands +10–15% premium. Medspa SaaS shows zero geographic premium. This means Annette's Vitalency pricing should NOT mirror her SEO Believer geographic strategy.

Best /pricing-page format observed in the wild

Per the comp set:

Pricing-page element % of medspa SaaS comps using Best-in-class example
Published price tiers (transparent) 7/14 (50%) AestheticsPro (full table on pricing page)
"Starting at" anchor + ranges 4/14 (29%) Pabau ("Pricing starts at $62/mo")
Custom-quote-only ("contact sales") 3/14 (21%) Zenoti, Nextech
Per-location pricing labeled 9/14 (64%) Boulevard ("per location")
Annual prepay discount labeled 8/14 (57%) Boulevard "10% off", AmSpa "2 free months"
Setup fee disclosed 1/14 (7%) (mostly hidden until sales call)
Add-on/à-la-carte fees disclosed 6/14 (43%) Boulevard (forms, charts, text marketing as add-ons)
Multi-location discount logic disclosed 2/14 (14%) Pabau (per-user logic shown)
FAQ section on hidden costs 4/14 (29%) Pabau, Capterra third-party comparisons
Demo/trial CTA above the fold 14/14 (100%) universal

Recommendation for Vitalency /pricing page:

  • Publish the 4 (or 5) tiers with monthly + annual prices side-by-side
  • Show per-location modifier explicitly ("+$300/mo per additional location")
  • List setup fees in a small line below each tier
  • Add an FAQ section: "How does multi-location pricing work?", "Is there a setup fee?", "Annual prepay discount?", "What's NOT included?"
  • "Book a demo" CTA on every tier card

This positions Vitalency as transparent (which the comp set is mostly NOT, only 50% publish full pricing) and signals premium-but-not-enterprise.

Confidence statement + caveats

Sample size limits:

  • Cohort A (medspa SaaS): N=14, strong empirical anchor
  • Cohort B (medspa marketing agencies): N=8 named bands, MEDIUM anchor (most don't publish, need to infer from third-party blogs)
  • Cohort C (medspa AI consulting): N=2 named, WEAK anchor, the category barely exists in 2026
  • Cohort D (boutique B2B AI consulting): N=6 bands, MEDIUM cross-vertical anchor

Confidence by tier:

  • Starter: MEDIUM-HIGH (rich SaaS comp set)
  • Growth: MEDIUM (good SaaS comp; AI-Brain premium narrative is unproven)
  • Pro: HIGH (the $999 lift has strong empirical basis)
  • Premium: MEDIUM-HIGH (good agency-floor comp; headroom is empirically supported)
  • Enterprise (proposed): MEDIUM (cross-cohort triangulation; one client validates the tier)

Caveats:

  • The "AI Brain OS for medspas" category does not have established price points yet. This benchmark gives Annette the comparable-buyer anchors but does NOT settle whether the AI premium is +$50, +$100, or +$300 over plain SaaS at each tier.
  • Most agencies and premium SaaS comps require sales conversation for actual pricing, published prices are the floor, not the average paid price.
  • Ramanujam's WTP analysis is the missing leg; reconcile this benchmark against Ramanujam's output when it ships.
