Who to invite into the founding beta
Colorado personal trainers pulled from public listings, ordered by how well the TrainerBooked pitch should land. A trainer with no website is the strongest fit, because that is the exact gap the product fills. Review counts stand in for already having real clients.
One catch worth knowing before you start. The email addresses were scraped from trainers' own websites, so every trainer we can email already has a site, and not one of the trainers without a site has an email. The best-fit group and the easiest-to-contact group do not overlap at all. The 33 with no website have to be reached by phone or Instagram.
What their websites told us
We visited every site, read the pages, and checked the things that decide whether Google and AI assistants can find and recommend a trainer.
Every trainer, best target first
Click any column heading to re-sort. Best fit means no website at all, so TrainerBooked builds their first one, and you reach them by phone or Instagram. Easy reach means we have their email, but they already have a site, so the pitch is a rebuild. Harder means a site with no email found, so it is a phone call or their own contact form.

What we removed, and why
Every listing taken off the main table, with the reason. Worth a skim: the judgment here is automated, so if something belongs back on the list, say so and it goes back.

Instagram research
Trainers found on Instagram rather than business listings. Newer accounts with a small following are often the ones still figuring out their marketing, which is the conversation TrainerBooked opens with.
