Overview
Three Ideogram image prompts for the PDF version of the New Trainer's Client Acquisition Playbook. Each prompt is ready to paste directly into Ideogram. Generate 3–4 seeds per prompt and pick the best. The most common rejects are age drift (subjects look too old/frail) and over-posed stock-photo expressions, discard those immediately.

Generation Workflow
- 1 Paste each prompt into Ideogram → Style: Realistic → set aspect ratio per specs above
- 2 Generate 4 seeds per prompt (one generation = 4 images)
- 3 Reject immediately: anyone who looks frail, overly staged, or has AI-sheen skin
- 4 From the keepers, pick the one with the most natural light and genuine expressions
- 5 Download at full resolution (2048px+)
