The question was simple: which websites anywhere in the world have both a testosterone word (testosterone, testo, TRT, low-t) and a women word (women, female, her, fem, ladies) in the actual domain name? I checked 230+ combinations by DNS resolution, HTTP fetch, and registry lookup, across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand, plus German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish and Danish variants.
1. Live real sites
Four hits, and only one of them is a genuine brand.

Zero telehealth clinics. Zero content sites. Zero advocacy sites. The real operators in this market (Midi, Hone, Balance My Hormones, Leger Clinic, The Testo Clinic in Australia) all put "testosterone for women" in a URL path, never in the domain itself.

4. Dead, no resolve
Every non-English and secondary-country variant failed DNS entirely. That covers the French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish and Danish translations (testosteronefemme.fr, testosteronedonna.it, testosteronamujer.com, testosteronamulher.com.br, testosteronvrouwen.nl, testosteronkvinnor.se, testosteronkvinder.dk and their siblings), plus the .co.za, .eu, .ca, .ie, .co.nz, .com.au, .au, .in and .co.il versions of every English combination.
What I'd take away from this
testosteroneforwomen.com is the obvious flagship and it's held by GoDaddy's own investment arm, registered back in 2003. That's a long-held premium asset, so expect a four- or five-figure ask. I didn't retrieve an actual price, so treat that estimate as a guess.
The more interesting fact is that trtforwomen.com, womenstrt.com, hertestosterone.com and menopausetestosterone.com are all sitting completely unregistered at standard cost. A category with zero live competitors, real and growing search demand, and six speculative registrations in the last six months is a category where the good names won't stay free much longer.
Set against that, testosteroneinwomen.com is a good pick. It's the exact
phrase clinicians and researchers use, it reads as reference rather than as a sales page,
and it's the only one of these names that now has a project behind it. The five names most
worth considering defensively, all still free, are
lowtestosteroneinwomen.com, trtforwomen.com,
womenstrt.com, hertestosterone.com and
menopausetestosterone.com.
Method and caveats
- Checked by DNS resolution, HTTP fetch, and RDAP registry lookup, with the method validated first against known controls so an "available" result means a real registry miss.
- Search sweeps ran through both general web search and Tavily, in English plus seven other languages.
- Verified availability applies to generic domains only (.com, .net, .org, .io, .co, .health). For country domains (.de, .fr, .it, .nl, .se, .dk, .co.uk, .com.au, .ca, .co.za) I only have DNS absence, so a few could be registered but unconfigured. Check those at the registry before assuming they're free.
- Registration dates and prices move. Anything here is a snapshot of 2026-07-25.
- One false positive dropped: lowther.com matches the "lowt" plus "her" pattern but it's a surname domain from 1999, nothing to do with hormones.
