Everything else here is genuinely good: performance 98, clean titles and descriptions, proper redirects, sitemap and robots both fine. Flip the noindex switch and this jumps straight to an A.

IMPACT: if it's blocking my scanners, it may also be blocking some of the AI answer-engine crawlers the robots.txt explicitly invites in, which defeats the whole AI-citation strategy. FIX: loosen the bot-blocking rules on the Iridium VPS (or at its firewall) to allow known good crawlers, then re-scan.
• Warningsitemap.xml returns 404. IMPACT: Google discovers pages more slowly on a site with thousands of pages, exactly where a sitemap matters most. FIX: generate and serve one.

What I could verify with a normal browser: the homepage loads fine, has a title, and includes structured data. The robots.txt welcoming AI crawlers is a nice touch, once the server stops contradicting it.

The healthiest big-content site in the portfolio: performance 98, SEO 100, three structured-data blocks, 6,900 words of content, proper www redirect, sitemap and robots both fine. Nothing needs fixing.

• WarningLayout shift of 0.192. IMPACT: visible page jump during load; Google grades anything over 0.1 as needing improvement. FIX: reserve space for whatever loads late (the four render-blocking stylesheets are suspects).
• WarningSocial share image lives on annettethompson.com. IMPACT: if that site changes, this site's share cards break; it also leaks the connection between domains. FIX: copy the image onto this domain and update the og:image tag.
• Nice-to-haveNo favicon. One scan also caught a 5-second TLS stall, worth a re-check but likely a one-off.

Honest note: most of this is GoHighLevel platform weight rather than content problems. The description and image alts are fixable inside the builder today; the speed ceiling is the platform's.

Cleanest scan of the batch: performance 100, SEO 100, 25KB total page weight, 311ms to paint. The only blemish is a few mismatched closing tags in the HTML that don't affect anything visible. Ship it.

• Criticalsitemap.xml returns 404, on your SEO consultancy's own site. IMPACT: beyond the crawl mechanics, a prospect who checks (and SEO-literate prospects check) sees the cobbler's kids barefoot. FIX: generate a sitemap in the build; 10 minutes.

Each homepage got a Lighthouse 13.4 run (desktop) plus a full on-page crawl via DataForSEO, and I checked sitemap.xml, robots.txt, the http-to-https redirect, the www behavior, and hidden robots headers directly. Google's free PageSpeed API was rate-limited today, so mobile scores would land a bit lower than the desktop numbers shown. Bone Voyage rejected both scanners, so it needs its bot rules loosened before it can be graded.

If you only fix three things this week: remove the ajijic.org noindex header, add the two missing meta descriptions (rebuildingseminars, trainerbooked), and repair the two broken www addresses. All five are under 15 minutes each and I can do everything except the GoHighLevel edit myself.
