🚨 The five things that actually matter

  1. ajijic.org is invisible to Google. It's sending a hidden "don't index me" signal (an X-Robots-Tag noindex header) on every page. This isn't on your deliberate pre-launch list, so it looks like a leftover flag. Until it's removed, Google won't rank the site at all.
  2. rebuildingseminars.com is the weakest live business site: no meta description, the page visibly jumps while loading (CLS 0.24), and it's the slowest of the 16. It's the GoHighLevel builder's doing.
  3. trainerbooked.com has no meta description either, so Google writes its own snippet, and it's usually worse than yours would be.
  4. Two www addresses are broken: www.smartstrongalive.com shows an error page (522) and www.verityagentic.ai doesn't exist at all. Anyone who types www loses you.
  5. Four indexed sites have no sitemap.xml (seobeliever, smartstrongalive, nottoooldforai, bonevoyagedogrescue). A sitemap is how you hand Google the full list of your pages.

* The 66 SEO score is Lighthouse penalizing the noindex directive. On annettethompson.com and proteinfirstrecipes.com that's your deliberate pre-launch choice, not an error.

ajijic.org

D
  • CriticalSitewide noindex header. IMPACT: Google is told to ignore the entire site, so it can never rank, no matter how good the content is. FIX: remove the X-Robots-Tag noindex line from the Cloudflare Pages headers file and redeploy (a 5 minute change once found).
  • Nice-to-haveNo favicon and no structured data. IMPACT: no icon in browser tabs and Google results, no rich-result eligibility. FIX: add a favicon file and one JSON-LD block describing the guide.

Everything else here is genuinely good: performance 98, clean titles and descriptions, proper redirects, sitemap and robots both fine. Flip the noindex switch and this jumps straight to an A.

🗺️

annettethompson.com

B
  • By designNoindexed pre-launch. This is your standing choice, so it's flagged but not counted against the site.
  • Warningsitemap.xml returns 404. IMPACT: when you do flip indexing on, Google has no page list to work from. FIX: generate a sitemap in the Astro build so it's ready for launch day.
  • Nice-to-haveNo favicon detected; www doesn't redirect to the apex. FIX: add favicon; add a www-to-apex redirect rule in Cloudflare.
🧭

bobmanthy.com

A-
  • WarningLayout shift of 0.147. IMPACT: the page visibly jumps while loading, which annoys visitors and dents Google's page-experience signal (good is under 0.1). FIX: give the late-loading element (likely the hero image or a web font) fixed dimensions.
  • WarningMeta description is 245 characters. IMPACT: Google cuts it off around 160, so the pitch ends mid-sentence. FIX: trim to under 160 characters.
  • Nice-to-haveAccessibility 89. FIX: a contrast or label pass would push it above 95.

Otherwise excellent: SEO 100, structured data present, clean canonical.

🐕

bonevoyagedogrescue.com

C (unverified)
  • CriticalThe server 403-blocks scanning tools. Both the crawler and Lighthouse were rejected, so no scores exist for this site. IMPACT: if it's blocking my scanners, it may also be blocking some of the AI answer-engine crawlers the robots.txt explicitly invites in, which defeats the whole AI-citation strategy. FIX: loosen the bot-blocking rules on the Iridium VPS (or at its firewall) to allow known good crawlers, then re-scan.
  • Warningsitemap.xml returns 404. IMPACT: Google discovers pages more slowly on a site with thousands of pages, exactly where a sitemap matters most. FIX: generate and serve one.

What I could verify with a normal browser: the homepage loads fine, has a title, and includes structured data. The robots.txt welcoming AI crawlers is a nice touch, once the server stops contradicting it.

🤝

buildamensgroup.com

A

The healthiest big-content site in the portfolio: performance 98, SEO 100, three structured-data blocks, 6,900 words of content, proper www redirect, sitemap and robots both fine. Nothing needs fixing.

🩺

curecaninedisease.com

B
  • WarningLayout shift of 0.192. IMPACT: visible page jump during load; Google grades anything over 0.1 as needing improvement. FIX: reserve space for whatever loads late (the four render-blocking stylesheets are suspects).
  • WarningSocial share image lives on annettethompson.com. IMPACT: if that site changes, this site's share cards break; it also leaks the connection between domains. FIX: copy the image onto this domain and update the og:image tag.
  • Nice-to-haveNo favicon. One scan also caught a 5-second TLS stall, worth a re-check but likely a one-off.
🧹

househelperhub.com

A-
  • Nice-to-haveNo favicon. FIX: add one.
  • Nice-to-haveServer latency measured at 636ms on one check. Worth a re-check; everything else was fast.

Performance 98, SEO 100, bilingual tags set up correctly (es_MX with en_US alternate). The "low readability" flag in the crawl is just the tool misreading Spanish, ignore it.

💡

nottoooldforai.com

A-
  • Warningsitemap.xml returns 404. IMPACT: slower page discovery as the article library grows. FIX: generate one in the build.
  • Nice-to-haveTitle is 69 characters, so Google truncates the tail. FIX: trim under 60 if you want the whole thing visible.
  • Nice-to-haveNo favicon.

Performance is a perfect 100 with the fastest paint in the portfolio after recipememoir.

🍗

proteinfirstrecipes.com

B-
  • By designNoindexed pre-launch. Flagged, not counted.
  • WarningRecipe photos are hotlinked from other people's websites (the scan found images loading from at least eight third-party food blogs). IMPACT: those sites can break, swap, or block your images at any time, it drags Best Practices down to 77, and it's a courtesy issue with the original bloggers. FIX: host copies of the images on your own domain (or R2) before launch.
  • WarningHomepage is 2.3MB with 1,500+ page elements. IMPACT: slow on phones, which is where recipe traffic lives. FIX: paginate or lazy-load the recipe grid.
  • Nice-to-haveTitle is 70 characters; sitemap.xml missing (needed by launch day). No Recipe structured data yet either, and recipe sites live or die by Recipe schema.
🌱

rebuildingseminars.com

C
  • CriticalNo meta description. IMPACT: Google invents its own snippet for the most commercially important site in the family; you lose control of the first thing a hurting person reads. FIX: add a 150-character description in the GoHighLevel page settings.
  • WarningLayout shift of 0.243, the worst of all 16. IMPACT: the page visibly lurches while loading; Google grades this "poor." FIX: mostly the builder's fault; setting explicit sizes on the hero video/images inside GoHighLevel helps.
  • WarningSlowest site scanned: performance 81, half a megabyte of raw HTML, Best Practices 73, plus obsolete meta keywords and images missing alt text.
  • Nice-to-haveBroken HTML nesting reported by the crawler. Cosmetic, but it's the kind of thing that trips up AI crawlers reading the page.

Honest note: most of this is GoHighLevel platform weight rather than content problems. The description and image alts are fixable inside the builder today; the speed ceiling is the platform's.

📖

recipememoir.com

A

Cleanest scan of the batch: performance 100, SEO 100, 25KB total page weight, 311ms to paint. The only blemish is a few mismatched closing tags in the HTML that don't affect anything visible. Ship it.

📈

seobeliever.com

B
  • Criticalsitemap.xml returns 404, on your SEO consultancy's own site. IMPACT: beyond the crawl mechanics, a prospect who checks (and SEO-literate prospects check) sees the cobbler's kids barefoot. FIX: generate a sitemap in the build; 10 minutes.
  • WarningHomepage weighs 5.97MB, the heaviest of all 16. IMPACT: slow first visit on mobile, and page weight is itself an SEO talking point you don't want quoted back at you. FIX: compress the hero media (that's almost certainly where the weight is).
  • Nice-to-haveNo favicon; hero takes 1.8s to paint. Both improve with the media fix.
💪

smartstrongalive.com

B+
  • Criticalwww.smartstrongalive.com shows a Cloudflare 522 error page. IMPACT: anyone who types www gets an error instead of your site; links with www are dead. FIX: add a www DNS record in Cloudflare and a redirect rule pointing it to the apex.
  • Warningsitemap.xml returns 404. IMPACT: the article library gets discovered slowly. FIX: generate one in the Astro build.
  • WarningHomepage weighs 4.3MB (the hero imagery/video). IMPACT: slow on phones. FIX: compress or lazy-load the hero media.
  • Nice-to-haveProtein calculator page scanned clean: canonical, description, and citations all present. Its title is 67 characters, slightly over the display limit.

Core scores are strong: performance 97, SEO 100, accessibility 97, two structured-data blocks.

🎬

sponsorlab.ai

A
  • Nice-to-haveAccessibility 89. FIX: a quick contrast/label pass.

Everything else is clean: performance 98, SEO 100, 70KB page weight, sitemap and robots fine, proper OG cards.

🏋️

trainerbooked.com

B-
  • CriticalNo meta description. IMPACT: Google writes its own snippet for a sales page, and its version won't sell. FIX: add a 150-character description to the Astro layout.
  • WarningHero takes 2.1 seconds to paint and the page weighs 2MB. IMPACT: trainers checking on their phones wait. FIX: compress the hero image.
  • Nice-to-haveNo structured data. A Service or LocalBusiness block would help AI tools describe the offer correctly.
🤖

verityagentic.ai

B
  • Criticalwww.verityagentic.ai doesn't exist (no DNS record at all). IMPACT: any consultant prospect who types www gets a browser error, on the site whose whole pitch is "we build reliable systems." FIX: add the www record and redirect it to the apex in Cloudflare.
  • WarningHero takes 2.1s to paint; page weighs 2MB. FIX: compress hero media.
  • Warningverityagentic.com still doesn't 301 here (the known open item). IMPACT: split identity, lost links. FIX: the redirect rule on the .com zone.
  • Nice-to-haveObsolete meta keywords tag, no favicon, thin visible text relative to page size.
🛠️

How this was scanned + what's next

Each homepage got a Lighthouse 13.4 run (desktop) plus a full on-page crawl via DataForSEO, and I checked sitemap.xml, robots.txt, the http-to-https redirect, the www behavior, and hidden robots headers directly. Google's free PageSpeed API was rate-limited today, so mobile scores would land a bit lower than the desktop numbers shown. Bone Voyage rejected both scanners, so it needs its bot rules loosened before it can be graded.

If you only fix three things this week: remove the ajijic.org noindex header, add the two missing meta descriptions (rebuildingseminars, trainerbooked), and repair the two broken www addresses. All five are under 15 minutes each and I can do everything except the GoHighLevel edit myself.
