The four names too long for X/Twitter
X caps handles at 15 characters, so these four need a shorter version. I checked each alternate and these are free right now:

Two platforms I could not fully automate
TikTok and Facebook block automated checks hard (TikTok throws a bot wall, Facebook returns a blank error to scripts). Every TikTok and Facebook cell is marked "Verify" and links straight to the handle so you can eyeball it in two seconds. Good news: your names are unique compound words, so collisions there are unlikely. Facebook page usernames are also flexible, you set them when the page goes live.
How I checked
High confidence: Instagram (private profile API), YouTube, Bluesky (public API), and X "available" results (real 404s). Medium confidence: Pinterest (page-size signal), LinkedIn company pages, Substack subdomains, and Threads (derived from Instagram, since Threads handles are tied to it). Manual: TikTok and Facebook. Availability can change any day, so claim the ones that matter soon, even if you are not ready to post yet.
