Workshop invites in the FDAS emails

Boulder people get Niwot on August 18, Denver people get Centennial on August 31. Bob still has to approve the wording.

Prepared 2026-08-09

Status: live on the draft pages, nothing sent to anyone. Bob has not approved the wording.

An earlier version of this page proposed a separate standalone workshop email. That is not what was built. The invite lives inside the 57 FDAS emails and reports that already existed, which means one email per person instead of two.

Read them here: the all-57 index

Who gets invited to which evening

Boulder and Denver run different classes with different facilitators, so the invite follows the split already in Bob's sheet.

Tagged Count Workshop they see Their cohort
Boulder 16 Bob, Tuesday, August 18, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., 195 Second Ave., Niwot Sundays, September 20 to November 22, 5 to 8 p.m., Niwot
Denver 20 Kathy Decker, Monday, August 31, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., 5955 S. Holly St., Centennial Mondays from October 19, 6 to 9 p.m., Cherry Creek
Both areas 11 Both, with a labeled button for each Both, described so they can pick
No area tag 10 Both Both

Both workshops are $30. Tuition is $1,149 for either cohort.

Those last 10 carry no location tag at all, just "assessment taken". They aren't remote leads, because Bob removed those himself, so they'd have been silently dropped from an invite meant for everyone. They get both options instead.

Two things need your answer

1. The Denver end date is wrong as given. The Denver run came through as "Mondays, October 19 to January 10." October 19 is a Monday, but January 10, 2027 is a Sunday. The nearest Monday is January 11. Rather than publish a date that contradicts its own weekday, the emails currently say "Mondays, starting October 19, 6 to 9 p.m., in Cherry Creek" with no end date. Confirm the right one and it goes straight in.

2. Bob's live site contradicts itself on the Niwot workshop. The card heading says "Tuesday, Aug 18th, 6:30-8p", and the body text directly underneath still says "Tues, July 21st, 6:30-8p." Anyone reading past the heading gets a date three weeks in the past. That page is where the signup buttons point, so it's worth fixing before these emails go out. It's on GoHighLevel, so changing it needs a browser session.

The same page also still advertises the September cohort at $1200 rather than $1,149.

One thing to know before sending

The email is built on a fixed 600 pixel table, which is standard for HTML email but means the draft preview page scrolls sideways on a phone. That predates this work. Real email clients handle it, but if Bob reviews on his phone, that's why it looks wide.
