BoneVoyageRevival has massive domain authority sitting idle. The rescue closed around 2024 but the site has an extraordinary backlink profile that is being wasted on a dormant publisher pivot. The immediate next action is Phase 1: classify all 1,117 WordPress pages using the classify-post skill to find what content can be revived, repurposed, or redirected to build traffic from that authority base.
This is the single highest-leverage dormant asset in the portfolio.

- BobRebuildingBlocked on Bob's 4 answers: pricing, workshop date, scheduling link, and testimonials. Last worked May 10. Everything else in the Rebuilding project (automated podcast player, SEO content, Bob's review dashboard) is ready and live. This track is frozen until Bob responds.
- DesktopToVoiceTwo Annette-blocked decisions are stopping Phase 1.0 from starting: (1) TTS provider choice (Azure Neural vs. ElevenLabs vs. other), and (2) which files to convert first. Stage is Incubating. Last worked May 19.

- portfolio-engine (last worked 2026-04-24): Scripts were written April 24. It is unclear whether Task Scheduler tasks were ever registered. The verification step (schtasks /Query /TN PortfolioEngine-AutoFire) has never been confirmed. Low priority, but worth a 2-minute check or explicit park decision to stop it appearing in audit red flags.
Housekeeping: 2 Quick Wins
Low effort, high clarity- PaprikaRival folder rename to RecipeMemoirThe project was renamed to RecipeMemoir but the disk folder is still named PaprikaRival. One PowerShell command fixes it:
Rename-Item "C:\Users\annet\ClaudeProjects\PaprikaRival" "RecipeMemoir". Until this is done, any session that opens the folder by name will silently open the wrong path. - Rebuilding: Chatterbox job bi9jcy331 statusThe Chatterbox TTS job that converts 23 Rebuilding Seminars articles to podcast MP3s (job ID: bi9jcy331) has not been verified as completed. Before uploading MP3s to R2 or declaring the Rebuilding podcast player ready, confirm job status and retrieve output files if the job is done.
