Why this one is worth studying

It targets your exact reader: women in their late 30s through 50s whose bloodwork comes back clean while they feel terrible. The offer is lab testing plus a 12-week one-on-one coaching protocol, sold on a strategy call. The structure is tight enough to learn from even if the offer is not one you would make.

Structure, beat by beat

Time Beat What it does
0:00 to 0:20 Callout hook Names the viewer by age and situation, then lists three concrete symptoms (bloating, unexplained weight gain, deep fatigue) and lands on the core tension: labs are normal, you are not.
0:26 to 0:42 Reframe Moves blame off the viewer. The problem is dysregulated organ systems that most doctors do not measure, not insufficient effort.
0:42 to 0:58 Name the mechanism "The Functional Reset Method", 125-plus biomarkers, a 12-week protocol. Named mechanism early, details later.
0:59 to 1:30 Credibility Family of physicians (ophthalmologist mother, rheumatologist father), 425 women helped over five years.
1:38 to 2:10 Three-bucket diagnosis Autoimmune or inflammatory, gut, metabolic resistance. All three collapse into one root cause, so every viewer sees herself and arrives at the same conclusion.
2:16 to 2:48 How it works Targeted labs, results translated into plain language, then a personalised 12-week coaching protocol.
2:48 to 3:32 Three case studies Laura, Lisa, Sarah. Each gets a condition, an intervention, and a specific number.
3:32 to 4:00 Qualify out, then in "This is not for you if..." comes BEFORE "this is for you if...".
4:00 to 4:16 Single CTA Book a strategy call. Closing line: what you are missing is not effort, it is clarity.

The three techniques worth stealing

The qualify-out section does the heavy lifting. At 3:37 it names and rejects the quick-fix seeker, the person unwilling to run labs, and the person who thinks more discipline is the answer. Pushing people away first makes the yes feel earned rather than sold. Most health funnels skip this entirely.

One CTA, held to the final 15 seconds. No early ask, no mid-roll button, no "before we continue, click below". This matches your own no-early-CTA rule, and it is rarer than it should be in this category.

Numbers do the persuading, not adjectives. 425 women, 125 biomarkers, 12 weeks, 20 pounds, 3 inches, 15 pounds. The script almost never reaches for an intensifier. Where it could say "dramatic results" it says a number instead.

What I would not copy

The three case studies are first-name-only with no photo, no video, and no link, which is the weakest kind of proof. The "425 women" figure has nothing behind it. And the medical framing runs close to implied treatment claims for named conditions (Hashimoto's, IBS, PCOS), which is a line your own content deliberately stays behind with the "discuss with a qualified clinician" framing.

Timestamps are approximate. A few words are garbled by the speech recognition: "IBB" is IBS, "diagnostics-let" is diagnostics-led, "Nothing is help" is nothing has helped.

[00:00] If you're watching this video right now, you're a woman in your late 30s, 40s, or 50s, [00:04] dealing with symptoms that doctors have either dismissed or haven't been able to explain. [00:08] Chronic bloating so severe, you can barely focus at work. [00:10] Unexplained weight gain, despite eating less than you ever have, [00:13] or fatigue so deep you're not sure how you'll make it through the day. [00:17] You've been told your labs are normal, but you don't feel normal. [00:20] In the next few minutes, I'm going to explain why this is happening and how we address it. [00:24] But here's what you need to know up front. [00:26] If you're constantly researching, trying everything, [00:29] and still experiencing no relief, it's because the organ systems regulating your metabolism, [00:34] hormones, and immune function are dysregulated, [00:37] not because you're not trying hard enough. [00:38] Most doctors don't measure this, and most programs don't address it. [00:42] We do. [00:42] Our process is called the Functional Reset Method. [00:45] We run comprehensive labs looking at over 125 biomarkers. [00:49] Then we build a one-on-one protocol to restore the systems that are actually [00:53] impaired in 12 weeks. [00:54] If that's something you want to explore, this video will help you decide whether this approach [00:58] makes sense for you. [00:59] I grew up in a family of physicians. [01:01] My mother is an ophthalmologist, my father is a rheumatologist. [01:05] I saw how Western medicine works and how it doesn't. [01:08] One thing was always clear. [01:09] Health recommendations for women are often built on data that doesn't honor female physiology. [01:14] Women are told things look normal, forced to accept it, or given a prescription. [01:19] I was raised around a different approach. [01:20] Look deeper, find the root, treat the cause. [01:23] Over the last five years, our team has helped over 425 women who were told [01:28] their labs were normal but didn't feel normal. [01:30] Most had been diagnosed with Hashimoto's, IBS, PCOS, chronic inflammation, and more. [01:35] And after reviewing hundreds of cases, we kept seeing the same pattern. [01:38] Most women who reach out to us are dealing with one of three situations. [01:41] The first is autoimmune or inflammatory dysfunction. [01:44] Painful, random flare-ups with no relief. [01:47] The second is gut dysfunction. [01:49] Bloating so severe, they're calling out of work. [01:52] Nothing has helped. [01:53] The third is metabolic resistance. [01:55] Gaining weight in their midsection despite eating less and being more controlled with their food. [02:00] All three situations come back to the same issue. [02:03] The organ systems regulating their metabolism, hormones and immune function [02:08] are inflamed, stressed, or misfiring. [02:10] And when these mechanisms are impaired, no amount of traditional effort will fix them. [02:16] The Functional Reset Method is a diagnostics-led system. [02:19] It's designed to repair those exact systems. [02:21] Here's how it works. [02:22] We use targeted labs. [02:23] They go far beyond standard panels. [02:25] And then we translate those results into a plan you can actually understand. [02:30] You'll know exactly which systems are under strain and why your body isn't responding. [02:34] From there, we build you a 12-week one-on-one coaching protocol based only on what your body needs. [02:40] Everything from nutrient frameworks to movement to supplement recommendations are delivered [02:45] to you personally from a coach that understands your data. [02:48] Laura came to us with Hashimoto's. [02:50] Her thyroid was suppressed. [02:51] Her inflammation levels were elevated. [02:53] And once those mechanisms were supported, [02:55] her flare-ups stopped. [02:57] And Laura lost 20 pounds without restricting food. [03:00] Lisa had been dealing with IBS for years. [03:03] After repairing gut function, she stopped experiencing painful bloating. [03:06] And she lost three inches off her waist, exercising only three times per week. [03:11] Sarah had gained 20 pounds during a very stressful year of life. [03:15] Her doctors told her eat less. [03:17] But her labs showed insulin resistance and dysregulated cortisol. [03:21] We stabilized both of those systems and Sarah dropped 15 pounds in 12 weeks. [03:26] These are different women, different conditions, same solution, [03:30] repair the systems, the body responds again. [03:32] This process works best for women who are tired of being dismissed [03:36] and ready for answers. [03:37] This is not for you [03:39] if you're looking for a quick fix or a six-week challenge, [03:42] you're not willing to run labs, [03:43] or you think you can figure this out by being more disciplined. [03:46] But this is for you [03:47] if you've been told your labs are normal, but you don't feel normal, [03:50] or you're dealing with autoimmune conditions, [03:52] gut dysfunction, or unexplained symptoms that are affecting your daily life, [03:57] and you're willing to invest in targeted testing and one-on-one coaching. [04:00] If this sounds like the approach you've been looking for, [04:02] schedule a strategy call. [04:04] We'll review symptoms, health history, and labs you've had done in-depth. [04:08] From there, we can determine whether the Functional Reset Method makes sense for you. [04:12] Because what you're missing is not effort. [04:15] It's clarity.
