Income Project Ceiling Comparison
This is the honest ceiling comparison across Annette's active income projects. "Ceiling" means the realistic revenue a project could plausibly reach at maturity if it goes well, bounded by the real market and by a solo operator. The second number that matters more: ceiling-per-month-of-effort. A $40k ceiling in 4 months beats a $40k ceiling in 18 months.
Changes from the June 14 version: NotTooOldForAI, ProteinFirstRecipes, and BoneVoyageRevival ceilings revised down at Annette's direction. MenopauseContentRepurposer, RecipeMemoir, NailSalonMarketing, and PersonalTrainerPlaybook added.

By ceiling-per-month-of-effort
- SEOBeliever / FindWebSiteClients- fast first-dollar, high ticket, every project feeds it. Clear standout.
- AjijicRelocationGuide- VA-leveraged delivery; product mostly built; blockers are administrative.
- NailSalonMarketing- fast path to first consulting client; reuses tools already built.
- Rebuilding- already shipped, already paid, pure leverage from here.
- MenopauseContentRepurposer- high ceiling if distribution unlocks; pilot first before committing months.
- Vitalency- high ceiling but heaviest build; drags the per-effort ratio down.
- SmartStrongAlive- real ceiling but publication compounding takes 12+ months before output scales.
- Everything else (NTOFA, BVR, PFR, PTPlaybook, RecipeMemoir, NutriForge), slow-burn or conditional. NutriForge's saving grace: near-zero effort if scoped as RecipeMemoir byproduct.
The Verdict: Where Should Your Focused Months Go?
Top three for your focused time:
- SEOBeliever / FindWebSiteClients. Fastest path from your hours to real dollars, and it compounds. Blocked mostly on Article 1 voice review and picking a first NailSalonMarketing prospect.
- AjijicRelocationGuide. Funnel is built. Blockers are attorney review and Stripe. A few hours of admin unblocks a $40k to $120k+ business.
- MenopauseContentRepurposer. Worth a 60-day pilot sprint with 3 OB/GYNs once the above two are moving. B2B recurring is the stickiest revenue type, and the ceiling is potentially the second-highest in the portfolio.
