profiles (Healthgrades, Zocdoc and similar) are deliberately not included. Quotes make a
phrase, * matches a prefix, and AND / OR /
NOT work as you would expect. Word endings are folded, so
injectable, injection, and injections all find each other and
you never have to guess which form a clinic used. Sixteen unusually long pages are
indexed on their first 40,000 characters; the rest are complete. This is a snapshot, so a
practice may have changed its site since.
