These terms govern the use of a self-hosted instance of Postiz, a social media scheduling application operated by Annette Thompson at postiz.annettethompson.com. This is a private tool used exclusively by its operator. It isn't offered as a service to the general public, and there's no mechanism for public signup or access.

Permitted Use

This tool is intended solely for Annette Thompson's personal social media management. Access by anyone other than the operator isn't authorized. This tool connects to third-party social media platforms through their official APIs and OAuth flows. By using this tool, the operator agrees to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform, including:

Use of third-party APIs is subject to those platforms' availability and policies, which can change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Annette Thompson won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Since this is a private, single-user tool, this section primarily addresses platform review requirements.

Third-Party Platforms

This tool relies on third-party platforms whose availability and API policies are outside Annette Thompson's control. The operator isn't responsible for platform outages, API changes, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or any loss of data resulting from platform-side actions.

Intellectual Property

The underlying Postiz software is open-source and subject to its own license. Content scheduled and published through this tool belongs to its creator. This terms page and the associated privacy policy are owned by Annette Thompson.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Annette Thompson resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
