Six scripts, ready to record the moment your HeyGen avatar exists: a homepage hero, a services walkthrough, one for each of the three prospects, and a fill-in-the-blanks template for future ones. Every word is in your voice, and every prospect finding is real, straight from the June 15 snapshots.

Set up your HeyGen avatar first
A 30-minute, one-time setup. It's your session because it's your face, your voice, and a paid account.
Create a HeyGen account. The starter plan (around $29/mo) is plenty to begin.
Build your avatar. Two paths: the Instant Avatar (upload a short selfie video, HeyGen guides the framing, ready in minutes, good enough to prove the concept), or the Studio / Pro Avatar (a longer, well-lit recorded clip, more realistic, worth doing once you like how it looks). Start Instant, upgrade later.
Clone your voice from the sample HeyGen asks for, or pick a natural stock voice for version one.
Generate an API key and save it so Charlie can automate the per-prospect videos. Drop it in ~/memory/secrets/keys.
Filming tips for the training clip
Bright, even light facing you. Blue-sky-day window light is perfect. Plain background, camera at eye level.
Look right at the lens, talk naturally for the full length HeyGen asks for, and keep head movement small for the Instant Avatar.
Record the voice sample in a quiet room so the clone is clean.
Then Charlie generates one test video, you approve the likeness and voice, and only then does anything go live. Full plan: plans/09-video-sales-letters.md.

Homepage hero VSL
~61 sec~152 wordsTarget 45 to 70 sec
Tone: Warm, unhurried, a little fed up on the viewer's behalf. Not selling, just letting them in on something they didn't know was happening.
Hi, I'm Annette Thompson. I run SEO Believer, out of Boulder.
Here's the thing most business owners haven't caught up to yet. People used to search Google. Now a lot of them just ask an AI. Who's the best dentist in Boulder. Who's the best contractor near me. And they go with whatever it says.
If the AI doesn't know your name, you're invisible for that question. And you never even see the customer you lost.
So I built a way to check. I run your business through Google's local map and through the five big AI tools, and I show you exactly where you show up and where you don't. It's free, and you keep it either way.
No pitch, no call required. Want to see yours?
Timing cues
0:00 to 0:10, face on camera, warm open.
0:10 to 0:32, the shift from Google to AI. Let "you never even see the customer you lost" sit for a beat.
0:32 to 0:52, what the free Snapshot actually does.
0:52 to 1:01, quiet close on the question.

Services / offer VSL
~86 sec~214 wordsTarget 60 to 90 sec
Tone: Straight and practical, like walking a friend through how it works so there are no surprises. The one-per-market line is a plain fact, not a scarcity trick.
Here's how working with me actually goes, start to finish.
It starts free. I run your Visibility Snapshot. That's a real report showing where you land on Google's local map, and whether the AI tools name you or hand your customers to a competitor. You keep it whether or not we ever talk again.
If you want the quick wins fixed, that's the MiniFix. Five hundred dollars, and I clean up the handful of things quietly holding you back.
The Sprint is the real project. Forty-five hundred, where I do the deep work to get you named by the AI tools and climbing the map.
And Monitoring, fifteen hundred a month, keeps you there, with a scoreboard you watch move every month.
One honest catch. Local search is winner-take-most, so I only take one business per industry per market. One dentist in Boulder. One dermatologist. One contractor. Once that seat's taken, it's taken, and I'm working for the competition instead of you.
If you want to start, start with the free Snapshot. That's the whole first step, and it costs you nothing.
Timing cues
0:00 to 0:08, plain open.
0:08 to 0:30, the free Snapshot.
0:30 to 0:52, MiniFix and Sprint.
0:52 to 1:04, Monitoring.
1:04 to 1:24, the one-per-market rule.
1:24 to 1:26, quiet close.
Record thisLives on the Services / offer page. Same embed rules as the hero.

Evolution Dermatology
~42 sec~106 wordsTarget 30 to 50 sec
Tone: Compliment-first, genuinely impressed by the map win, then one calm gap. Never doom.
Hi Kim, Annette here from SEO Believer. I ran Evolution Dermatology across 275 points on Google's local map, and out of every dermatology practice in Boulder, you showed up the most. You already own the map.
But when I asked the five big AI tools who's the best dermatologist in Boulder, only one of them named you. The other four sent people to Boulder Valley and Flatirons, by name.
I already did the work and saved the actual answers, and it's written up in a short report with your name on it. It's yours either way, no call needed. Want me to send it?
Timing cues: 0:00 to 0:08 open + win; 0:08 to 0:26 the AI gap; 0:26 to 0:42 "I already did this, here it is" plus the soft ask.

Yamashiro Orthodontics
~43 sec~108 wordsTarget 30 to 50 sec
Tone: Warm, respectful of a hard-earned map position, one specific rivalry named plainly.
Hi Dr. Yamashiro, Annette here from SEO Believer. I ran a live map of Boulder for orthodontist searches, and you're in the top three across almost the whole middle of town. Most offices pay for years to get there. You've earned it.
Here's the one gap. When people skip Google and just ask an AI who's the best orthodontist in Boulder, I asked all five of the big ones, and only Perplexity named you. The other four pointed to Boulder Orthodontics, and a couple even invented doctors who don't exist.
I already ran all of it and saved the answers. The report's written and waiting. No call, it's just yours. Want it?
Timing cues: 0:00 to 0:10 open + map win; 0:10 to 0:30 the AI gap and the named competitor; 0:30 to 0:43 the offer.

Boulder Dental Arts
~47 sec~118 wordsTarget 30 to 50 sec
Tone: Owner-operator to owner-operator. The "only a nerd like me would catch this" line is the hook, delivered with a little dry warmth.
Hi Dr. Patrician, Annette here from SEO Believer. When I asked the five big AI assistants to recommend a dentist in Boulder, Boulder Dental Arts tied for the most-named practice in the group I tracked. Gemini puts you at the top of its list nine times out of ten. That's a real foothold.
But here's the catch only a nerd like me would catch. The one AI that loves you, Gemini, credits your practice to the wrong dentists, because your site never tells it who actually runs the place. And three of the other four never say your name at all.
I already dug all this up and wrote it into a short report. It's yours, no call. Want me to send it?
Timing cues: 0:00 to 0:14 open + the Gemini win; 0:14 to 0:36 the two catches; 0:36 to 0:47 the offer.

Reusable per-prospect template
Aim 95 to 125 words, 30 to 50 sec
Tone: compliment-first, one calm gap, no doom, soft ask at the end. Fill every bracket from the prospect's Snapshot, keep the shape, and you have a VSL.
Hi [FIRST NAME, or "Dr. LASTNAME"], Annette here from SEO Believer. I ran [BUSINESS NAME] through [THE TEST YOU RAN, e.g. "Google's local map across Boulder" or "the five big AI tools"], and here's the good news first. [THE GENUINE WIN FROM THEIR SNAPSHOT, e.g. "you show up in the top three across most of town" or "you're the most-named practice of the ones I tracked".] You've already earned that.
Here's the one gap. [THE SINGLE CLEAREST AI-VISIBILITY GAP, stated plainly, e.g. "when people ask an AI who's the best [CATEGORY] in [CITY], only [N] of the five named you, and the rest pointed to [COMPETITOR BY NAME]".]
I already did the work and saved [THE PROOF, e.g. "the actual AI answers, word for word"], and it's written up in a short report with your name on it. It's yours either way, no call needed. Want me to send it?
Blanks checklist
[FIRST NAME / Dr. LASTNAME]:real contact from the snapshot's research note.
[BUSINESS NAME]:exact business name.
[THE TEST YOU RAN]:map sweep, AI tools, or both, whichever carries the story.
[THE GENUINE WIN]:the single most flattering true finding. Always lead here.
[THE ONE GAP]:one gap only, the clearest one. Name the competitor if the data names them.
[N] and [COMPETITOR BY NAME]:how many of the five named them, and who got the attention instead.
[THE PROOF]:the saved AI answers or the specific free fix you found.
Rules for filling itOne win, one gap, never stack gaps on camera. Never promise a dollar figure on camera (the report footnotes the math). Keep her real cadence: if a filled line sounds like it wants to be quoted, cut it. Recompute the word count after filling and trim under ~125 words.
