You'll Need

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cans white beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 cloves garlic · thyme & sage
  • ½ cup panko · 2 tbsp parmesan

Make It

  1. Heat oven to 400°F, butter a 9×13 dish. Fold chicken, beans, cottage cheese, yogurt, garlic, and herbs until glossy.
  2. Season boldly and stir in half the mozzarella. Spread into the dish and smooth the top.
  3. Toss panko with parmesan and melted butter; scatter edge to edge with the rest of the mozzarella.
  4. Bake 30–35 min until deep gold and bubbling. Rest ten minutes, then slice clean.
